I just leased a new 2021 Camry Hybrid from this dealer - although the only reason I was at this particular dealer was because of RALSTON DUNN. I think all dealers are pretty similar (I've been leasing Camry although the only reason I was at this particular dealer was because of RALSTON DUNN. I think all dealers are pretty similar (I've been leasing Camrys for 30 years!) My interactions with the dealer were minimal. They were fine. It's all about the salesperson, though. Ralston had helped me three years ago with my last Camry, but at a different dealership. When I found out he left that dealer, I did some research. When I found he had recently moved to this dealer, I contacted him right away! It was an hour drive from my home, but it was worth it. Just as before, Ralston treated me with respect and honesty. He made the entire process considerably less stressful than it would normally be - and that's factoring in the Covid measures that are in place. He is very knowledgeable, answers every question with patience and expertise, and never makes you feel rushed. I also know that he gave me an excellent deal. But even if I had ended up paying a bit more here than at a competitor, one can't put a price on trust. So I happily drove that hour each way (two trips, in fact) in order to work with this lovely gentleman. He is a true professional. This is the guy you want to ask for! More
