It took them a week to put in a new starter and fuel injector. I kept getting the run around by Blaine the service writer about parts and workers not showing up. When I show up 6 days later they got it in the bay and running by the end of the day magically. When I picked up my truck and got on the interstate the engine light came back on. So now I'll have to take it to another dealership to see what's still wrong with it. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a ford dealership! More
Bought 2024 Toyota Sequoia and bought it a Saturday advised we would pick it Tuesday. Requested the car to be detailed inside & out since it was dirty. Came back Tuesday to pick it up & wasn’t touched advised we would pick it Tuesday. Requested the car to be detailed inside & out since it was dirty. Came back Tuesday to pick it up & wasn’t touched. I was very annoyed & told them I’d be back Wednesday cause I wasn’t waiting to have it cleaned since I had to work. In, addition I didn’t appreciate the negotiation tactic. Saw the car online at $71,000 online but salesman didn’t know that and tried to tell me it more expensive. I was disappointed with my experience. More
