Sunrise Ford - Service Center

I've going there for the last 4 and 1/2 years since I moved down from New York every time I go in there every year for service and I do not on my 2010 Ford focus that I bought brand new up in New York is moved down from New York every time I go in there every year for service and I do not on my 2010 Ford focus that I bought brand new up in New York is only got 30,000 miles on it every year when I go in I always tell them I want a regular New York State inspection cuz down in Florida we do not do inspections and I find that's very dangerous I keep up with my fluids and everything else every year when I go in there there's always a new manager new mechanics and every time they think that they're going to put one off on me that I don't know what I'm talking about. My father was mechanic when my brother and I were young we used to have ramps in our yard we used to drive up on the ramps our father taught us how to change oil the oil filter and grease underneath the tires and everything else and keep up and maintain our own vehicles these guys come out with these outlandish ideas that they think that well I shouldn't say let me correct myself every year I go in there it's the same xx I'm not a typical housewife where my husband is working and I'm home and he says honey could you go get the car taken care of and when the mechanic comes out and says oh it's going to question $3,000 that a normal housewife that does not really know any better would say go ahead and take care of it because you know I got to get the car fixed because you know my husband's working well listen every time you bring your car into this place it's a disaster I think intentionally they cause problems with your car so you have to bring it back so I would never recommend them I need to find myself a new Ford dealer new Ford place cuz I always get my extended warranties so it's bumper to bumper coverage on big item things but not small item things so no I would never recommend them never they'll fight you to the end and the salesperson that service man that I had he was nasty didn't want to hear any complaints anything I spoke to management and they got an attitude so no I would never recommend anybody to go there for service at More
