I originally gave you all stars. After recent service. Since then... I called you 2x a week apart asking to quote me a new battery install. Your service dept number DOES NOT WORK.... They give you the run around between different people and will leave you on hold for over an hour. They will transfer you around to whatever sucker picks up the phone. New to this location and I needed an oil change and tires rotated. My rep didn't informed me of the other packages that were available for purchase otherwise I would've picked a package with additional servi rotated. Also I was told the cate wld be washed and vacuumed well it was washed so thanks for that but however it wasn't vacuum. No big deal but pls don't give out misinformation. Otherwise service was great.
