I was given a 90 day warranty the day I purchased the vehicle. The warranty did not specify miles - simply 90 days. After owning the vehicle for 40 days - the battery on the vehicle needed to be replac vehicle. The warranty did not specify miles - simply 90 days. When I called the dealership they advised me to come and and if I had a warranty - and I replied yes I can come in and yes I have a warranty. They diagnosed my vehicle and informed me that my battery needs to be replaced and it would cost $300. I then responded with - why is my warranty NOT covering the battery - and the representative stated - the warranty is only good for 36,000 miles. NOTE: I purchased the vehicle with 42,000 miles. So essentially I had NO warranty, NO 90 days and purchased a vehicle with a 5 year old battery. I guess I needed to read the extra invisible fine print! 😡 Not happy and very misleading! More
Very difficult to get an appointment to service my car. Called several times. No one would call me back. Finally I left a message with the assist manager and Shawn called me back. The day of my 9:30 am appointment no one showed up to pick up my car for an oil change. I waited until 10:00 am no one called, texted or emailed me. I was able to get through to the Steve the director. He was sorry but he had a lot of excuses. Finally, at around 11 the car picked up. By the way they started to text me. What an ordeal!! I walked up in the garage area and no one even greeted me. I had to ask where to go. Once inside the office, the woman at the desk never greeted me. She just asked me my name and after I signed paperwork, me. I had to ask where to go. Once inside the office, the woman at the desk never greeted me.
