I have had nothing but problems with my new vehicle. Wish I had went to a different dealer. Fixed ac but scratched paint. Touched up paint but cracked a connector. My sales person Christian was very friendly and informative. He did a great job. The financial person Roberto added extended warranty charges after the sales contract was signed for 4,357.00 in whi informative. He did a great job. The financial person Roberto added extended warranty charges after the sales contract was signed for 4,357.00 in which I never asked for or signed for. That effected my payment over the term of the loan. That was 5 weeks ago and he just gave me a website and I had to fill out the papers then pay a notary and now have to wait for the warranty company which could be 6 to 8 weeks. I had a recall on my truck and took it in to your service dept and John did a great job taking care of the issue. More
