Went in for oil change Wednesdayat 8:30am, found a waterproof leak. Was told it was a 12 hr job, I would have it back the end of the next day. Didn't get my car back till 5:00pm the following Tuesday. waterproof leak. Was told it was a 12 hr job, I would have it back the end of the next day. No offer of a loaner or even a rental. $120 Water pump cost over $4000, customer relations not very good. Salesmen try to sell me a new Ford, and wonder why I don't bite. Why would ? Owned many Fords new and used for over 4 decades. More

I have brought my vehicles to Sunrise Service Center for over 4 years. I am always happy with the service and maintenance work. Sara and her team are always on top of what work needs to be done and with exp over 4 years. I am always happy with the service and maintenance work.
