The service center this dealership has been my worst experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop. Not only have they wasted a ton of my time and even lied to me on details regarding the repair experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop. Not only have they wasted a ton of my time and even lied to me on details regarding the repair of my vehicle, They actually installed a faulty CDF drum and will not take responsibility. They’ve had my vehicle back at the shop several times and nothing has been done even though they know there is an issue. The only thing that brings me comfort is that everyone in my family and friend group knows that they are aware of the faulty transmission, and the risk involved on giving me back the vehicle without fixing their mistake. At this point, I truly believe they are trying to wait out me getting frustrated with the vehicle so that I trade it in. They have a complete lack of accountability and are putting their customers in unsafe positions. More

I was met with Jennifer the service attendant she was beyond wonderful .so very pleasant attentive and smiling . She was as pleasant smiling in the afternoon wit the same energy as the morning .
