There are several employees that do not work there Currently. I am happy with the service advisors! The mechanics that worked on my vehicle lack experience or motivation. I got an oil change and apparently my fluid levels were not checked. I was out of washer fluid. Got a complementary wash I was excited about that until I got my truck back and I had water dripping from all the bug bodies that they did not take off windshield and hood. We're not talking 10/20 dead bugs we are talking 100's because I went on country trip night before. TOOK SEVERAL DAY TO TRACK DOWN I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY. xxx? UPDATE YOUR INFO ON DEALER RATER SO IT REFLECTS CORRECT INFO. IF YOUR GOING TO DING FORD EMPLOYEES FOR BAD RATINGS. WITH THIS INFO YOUR SETTING UP EMPLOYEES FOR FAILURE BECAUSE THE MECHANIC DEP NEED HELP!!! I GAVE A 5* RATING BECAUSE OF YOUR DONT GIVE A 5 START RATING THE SERVICE ADVISORS GET DINGED EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT WORKING OR SERVING HANDS ON YOUR VEHICLE. THIS SURVEY IS HORRIBLE!!!! AND YOUR MERRET SYSTEM IS SET UP FOR FAILURE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES. AND YES I COMPLAINED TO CORPORATE AS WELL AND NOTING HAS BEEN DONE FOR A 1 YR NOW.
