Had an appointment Brought my car in a 8:00 could not get anyone to answer my messages. Not Steven. Not Sarah. Not my service advisor Just wanted an update. Finally found out the car wasn’t even liked at ti anyone to answer my messages. Not Steven. Not Sarah. Not my service advisor Just wanted an update. Finally found out the car wasn’t even liked at till 3:30. Why am I bringing it in at 8:00? Finally on Saturday,after multiple messages left a part had to be ordered. Would not be there till Monday. Ok. So I have the insurance coverage that I am entitled to a loner. Oh there is no one there on Saturday to get me the loner. On Monday after again trying to find out when I can get my car(unanswered messages again) I find out the part did not come in and won’t be there till Tuesday. So finally on Tuesday can pick the car up at 5:00. Yes the window now works. The floor board is scratched to xxxx. I guess from taking the inner door panel off to fix the window. New windshield wipers are good. The third problem was a compartment lid that was broken. That was not even addressed. When I got home and looked at the work order, it wasn’t even on there. I guess I should have looked at the paperwork more closely and noticed it wasn’t on there. I’m my 15 years of bringing my car in I never had to check on my service advisor like that. She did apologize for her part in it. I must say that the best help was from the main person who answered the main phone line. They helped me find out the info I needed.
