The staff was professional and upfront — they clearly explained what services were necessary and what wasn’t, which I really appreciated. While I waited, I relaxed in their lounge, which was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner, just as promised. Great service all around — I’ll definitely be back! More

Customer service at Sunrise Ford service department is TERRIBLE!!! To say that I will NEVER be going back would be an understatement! Sara Haney was fine. What happened was not her fault. However, the person I spoke with prior to her on Friday, 4/11/25 at 8:41 am gave me misinformation about my battery warranty, and what would be covered. She told me that I wouldn't have to come out of pocket at all if my vehicle battery was bad. Regardless of being inside a battery warranty period or not. I specifically asked about that, and was told that if it's got low voltage with acid coming out, it's an automatic replacement. So much to my surprise, when I went to the dealership, was told that the battery was bad with acid all over the terminals, and that it would cost me $315 to replace it, to say that I was shocked, and aggravated would be an understatement. The manager, Steven Neidhardt, did nothing to try and honor what I was told when I initially called, other than giving me $50 off of a $315 quote! He told me that he would educate his employees so that no one else would be given the wrong information on warranty products. I told him that I've been a customer of the Sunrise Ford dealership for over 10 plus years. And his response was, "Well if you had come here for your oil changes, we would've taken care of you"😳 WOW! Then, come to find out, I was only 41 days outside of my "battery warranty" and the manager still did nothing to rectify the situation outside of trying to sell me a battery for $265. I will NEVER be returning to Sunrise Ford again! As well as, I will be telling anyone, and everyone, of the terrible customer service I received from there! Pretty sad when you lose a loyal customer of 10 plus years! More
