Along with the costco discount and end of the year incentives the price was better than what we expected, Steve applied discounts that had been just announced that day saving us additional money, delivery was on Jan 1st to start the year off. Antonio the finance officer was also well informed and we experienced no problems. All paperwork was prepared, we traveled from Ridgecrest (over 100 miles) so I did everything I could to confirm the car and pricing before heading to the dealer with an additional car and driver. Buying a vehicle has never been easy at any dealership, there's always paperwork to read and sign, and we did spend about 4 hours there but I do not think that is outlandish. I'd recommend the dealer to others. More
worst experience EVER. my biggest regret of my life! I don't know where to start. I've contemplated picketing on the weekends in front of their store (with my free time) because that's how HORRIBLE they I don't know where to start. Lets start with the fact that they lied on the phone about the price of the car to get me there ( I drove 35 miles!!!) They took my keys to appraise my trade in and when I asked for them back, they made me wait one hour before giving me my keys back, trying to wheel and deal me while I waited. Sadly for me, they were the only dealer within 100 mile radius that had the used car in the color that I wanted, so I stuck around to see if they could strike a fair deal anyway. If I could go back in time and change one thing in my life; I would've hauled a** out of there the second I got my keys back. By the way, all the time I'm in the lobby waiting I could hear their finance manager yelling at another guest; so inappropriate. Again, this is a red flag, that I should've ran far away when I had the chance. I realize NOW what a mistake I made. Then the finance manager Justin Connely came up on a shiny white horse to "save the day". He appeared to have class, and dignity unlike the rest of the sleazy sales-people there; but he is the biggest snake of them ALL! He lied and charmed his way with me, only to find later when I needed to contact dealer that he would never respond to me, and would make me feel like I was this huge burden, and didn't keep his word on anything either. He also had other customer's paperwork out on his desk laying around, which is illegal! My deal was a special case where they paid off the remainder of my lease; so they had to hold my car until the payment went through; and let me tell you, this was another month-long nightmare. I don't dare bore anyone with all the details of this dealer; but I have reported this dealer to every business bureau possible. I honestly could write a book on how much I wish I never stepped foot on their property... the only nice people there are the girls at the front desk. oh yeah, I had to beg them for gas money because they were going to send me off in a new car with an empty tank, knowing I was 35 miles from home. And they didn't clean it either, even though I asked them to clean it before I drove it home because it was very dirty; this was the first time in my life after buying a car I had to go home and clean it myself the next day so I could show my friends my new car ... pathetic. More
