My 2017 Focus RS was in for regular service and needed new door weatherstripping, but also had a curous problem with its computer, the function that turns the engine off at stoplights to save gas. The service managers quickly understood the problem – it’s called Auto On/Off – and got the repair underway. It turns out there were many systems involved and the car needed a few reboots of software. Lester and Ever were there for me: attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable and got the work done for me in a day and a half. All with good humor. As the Terminator says, “I’ll be back!” More

The dealership is quite professional, and worked hard on my Ford Fiesta, 2015 for about 1 month and 10 days to get it right. Really great experience Went in for my routine service. Met by Marvin when I drove in. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was directed to the cafe beca Went in for my routine service. Met by Marvin when I drove in. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was directed to the cafe because I decided to wait for my car. Marvin told me it would take approximately an hour. About 45 minutes in he came into the cafe and told me that the battery was bad and would be replaced under warranty. It took anther 30 minutes to install. All in all a very good experience.
