Worst experience ever !! I have had bad experience in the repairs dept and on the dealership side. First the diagnosed my car said I needed new catalytic converter and muffler that was on back order after 4 repairs dept and on the dealership side. First the diagnosed my car said I needed new catalytic converter and muffler that was on back order after 4 months it arrived but arrived damaged that is when I took it elsewhere just to find out that I didn’t need the parts that I was told at Ford . Before taking it elsewhere the sales person that was helping me asked if I was gonna pay for the part at least and I said I would if my car needed it, come to find out it didn’t . But when I said I wasn’t gonna pay for it he said that it would take longer to release the car if I could come the following day and I was like yea right so you can sabotage my car . Sure enough my car was in worse shape than when I took it in and mind you it’s a 2016 Ford Fusion. I have had to change almost every part on that car but yet won’t run right but always ends up worse than it did when I first took it in . Then they want to offer to buy my car but to add insult to injury they wanted to put me in a older looking car for more money and I was offended at the fact that they would think I would downgrade my vehicle for whatever reason. Then they mentioned my payments would be at 600 a month and that is when I was finally tired and enough was enough . First off Andrew was the one I was supposed to meet with and I ended up never even meeting the guy , when he told me he apologized for what I experienced and that he would make sure I would leave in a nicer car and that they would buy my car . Lies lies and more lies what they thought was ok she has paid over 4000 in repairs thinking I’ll pay more to buy a car and that is where they were wrong. Im too busy and my time is to precious than to waste it on fraudulent people like Andrew and Ernesto from Sunrise Ford . Now my car automatically steers to the right and the left after sitting at Ford garage for 4 months !! I could go on and on about how dishonest and unprofessional these people are !! So not once not twice but 4 to 5 times I was disappointed and unsatisfied with Ford all together well the one in Fontana ca that is. One thing I want to make clear is that if I hadn’t paid all the money I did on repairs that were un necessary I would have gladly agreed to leaving a bigger deposit for the new car but nope sorry not gonna happen 🙅♀️ More
