Sold me a cheaply made plastic part and it broke on installation and they won’t stand by thier product. Disappointed that they only want to treat the customer right when they sell you a vehicle but the installation and they won’t stand by thier product. A horrible experience! I purchased a new Super Duty F-350 on December 8th 22 and they used a third party licensing and Title Service to do my titling. When I went back to I I purchased a new Super Duty F-350 on December 8th 22 and they used a third party licensing and Title Service to do my titling. When I went back to Illinois where I live I tried to get my license plates and there was no record of it on the Illinois DMV computer, so I called sunrise and complained and they said it would take a little while, finally one month later they called back and told me they were working on it so I asked Ruben if he would call me back the next day and if they could overnight the documents to the DMV in Illinois so I could get my plates and he said he would and he lied to me , he didn't call me back so I called and left a message and asked if he forgot about me and he didn't call me back again. I went to the DMV five different times in Illinois and they couldn't give me plates because they hadn't got the documentation from sunrise, finally on February 1st 8 weeks after I bought the truck I went back to the DMV and thank God the manager at the DMV said we're going to make some phone calls and get to the bottom of this so she called the third party Licensing Service and found out that they sent the wrong amount of money to Illinois for my license plates and Illinois DMV sent it back to them and they sent it back to Sunrise Ford, so then the DMV called Sunrise Ford and sure enough all my documentation was setting there. So it took me 8 weeks to finally get my license plates so I could drive the truck that I paid $69,000 for, Sunrise Ford still has my money$496.00 that I paid for registration transfer and titling fees and I had to pay the fees again in Illinois to get my plates. These people are totally incompetent and the licensing service that they use are totally incompetent and Ruben in financing Department lied to me and I hope no one ever has to go through this experience again like I did. I lost 2 months work over this, because I'm an RV transporter and I make a living with the pickup truck that I use so I lost approximately $15,000 because of their incompetence there at Sunrise Ford More
This dealership is horrible with regards to the Bronco orders. It has been almost 2 years with no movement. They could care less about filling the cost protected orders. If this order is ever filled the going interest rate will probably be 10 percent. Bronco markups are so high that cost protected orders will never be filled. More
LOVING my new car, DID NOT purchase from here though! (Read all the way through for the dealer we did use and LOVED!) The car market is HOT right now and we knew this going into our purchase. However (Read all the way through for the dealer we did use and LOVED!) The car market is HOT right now and we knew this going into our purchase. However as a customer, we also knew we wanted to support a dealer capable of providing a no hassle, no haggle, straight forward car buying experience. We THOUGHT that is what we were getting from Sunrise Ford. Instead we got baited into coming down to make a deal on promises they had no intentions of keeping. We were told they would make a deal on MSRP with no dealer mark ups or add on via phone call after communicating with them all week on their available inventory. The Sales Manager brought numbers to us that included just over $3k in dealer add-ons that held NO value- like Lo Jack (ARCHAIC technology), Vin etching (in case our doors are stolen lol), Door Edging (only reasonable add-on offered), and "Sunrise VTP" (after market alarm system for my very unsecure Ford explorer lol). He told us the car CAME EQUIPPED with these items and they could not be removed, however the car was IN TRANSIT to their dealership and had not arrived yet. The car has to be at the dealer for them to add the add-ons... You catch my drift? After we refused these add-ons simply because we did not want them on our vehicle as they held no value to us, they offered them to us at "their cost", which again made no sense. If it was truly at cost why even put them on the car, there is no money to be made. After a reasonable counter offer to them ($1k over MSRP to NOT have these items put on our car), they declined stating they get kick backs from these add-on companies (such as lo-jack) and that is why they could not be removed. So we walked, after being promised MSRP and no dealer add-ons. The Sales Manager said "I am so sorry you are not getting your car ma'am" to which I replied, "Oh I AM getting my car, it just will not be here!". The following day we get another phone call with another BS offer and at this point they have wasted so much of our time, we refused to even consider it. So cheers to you Mr. Sales Manager check out my gorgeous new car you said we would NOT get at MSRP with no dealer add ons AND no mark up. If you have made it this far you are here for the dealer we did use and recommend. We cannot say enough good things about AutoNation Ford in Tustin! (Ask for Israel or Sean, Chris in finance was also amazing) No haggle, no hustle, straight forward, AND a dealer trade within less than 5 hours from start to finish. Nothing over MSRP and NO dealer add ons. More

I recently went in for my ordered Bronco that I waited 2 years for and although I was frustrated Sunrise did their best to take care of me I was apprehensive because of some of the other reviews I read but years for and although I was frustrated Sunrise did their best to take care of me I was apprehensive because of some of the other reviews I read but at the end they took care of me and I walked out with the pricing they gave me 2 years ago a very stand on their part to still honor that my salesman Kevin was a little annoying but he knew alot about the Bronco and showed me all the cool features on it thank you Sunrise for making the experience painless definitely I will be recommending you guys More
