I took my car in for service. They refused to fix my keyless entry. BAD My car has lest than 19000 miles on it. My keyless entry fell off on Dec of 2021. They did not replace it. They REFUSED TO FIX IT. IF THEY WOULD HAVE FIXED IT ON THE FIRST TIME IT SHOULDN’T HAVE HAPPENED. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR FROM FORD AGAIN. I WAS DRIVING ON THE 10 FREEWAY AND IT FLEW OFF. I TAKE IT IN SAYS ITS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. IT WAS INDER WARRANTY WHEN I TOOK IT IN THE FIRST TIME THE SHOULD HAVE REPLACED IT. THEY PUT THE SAME ONE BACK ON INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE BROKEN ONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE SEARCH OTHER DEALERS FOR YOUR CARS. I bought My 2020 Expedition Max from there and I take it in for Service which they supposedly do a multi-point inspection and oil service when I’m supposed to. The last one was 3 weeks ago and everything ch in for Service which they supposedly do a multi-point inspection and oil service when I’m supposed to. The last one was 3 weeks ago and everything checked out. Coolant was leaking and when and I told them they never reached back out. We called and noting till My vehicle had to be practically be towed in. They took My vehicle which it now has coolant all over the shop floor and wouldn’t give My Husband and 3 Kids a loaner. Telling Him it’s past 5pm and it would take a day or 2 to have it diagnosed meanwhile My Family is coming home in a lift. This is the 2nd car We have bought from them and this is how they treat Us. They showed No care about what position We were in and now We have No vehicle. I only gave it 1 star because I had to so I could let You all know what a heartless dealership this is and if I had know I wouldn’t have bought any cars off of them and I never will again and if your smart neither will You. Stranding a Father and 3 Kids because they didn’t want to deal with it and wanted to go home. No integrity. Shame on You.
