I have a 2012 Expedition, and the clips that hold the plastic molding around the driver seat (which contains all the seat controls) broke and was hanging off. I drove over to Sunrise Ford on a Saturday morning, not expecting it to get fixed, but at least they could see what was needed and schedule an appointment for me. I asked him if I could get an appointment on a weekend, since it is hard for me to get over to Sunrise Ford as it is not the closest dealer to me. Eric checked to see if they had the parts in stock and was able to have it fixed within 3 hours. That kind of service is the reason I go out of my way to take my vehicle to Sunrise Ford. Donald Wheeler came over after about 10-15 mins of me waiting to see anyone in the garage you pull into. After the wait it all went smooth! Only took a couple hours to get my brake pads changed and rotors resurfaced, also an oil change. Not a bad price for a dealer, 275 I think it was on my f150 More

Steven (internet sales) told me that they would sell me a car I was interested in if I came down and bought it from him this Memorial Day. When I got there I was told that the car was in storage and they would go get it. BAIT.. After an hour Oscar came out and told me there was a problem. The car had been sold. But they could sell me another car at only $2,000 more than the agreement they had already made. SWITCH I said no thank you. I dont deal with underhanded shams. I should have known better. They knew I was coming from a long ways away to buy from them. Disgusted.. By the way I will be reporting this to the BBB More
Worst customer service , i worked with a salesman name jimmy ( if you buy there work with someone else). When we arrived he walked us all over he didn't know his inventory at all. As soon as he walked us in the office there was only one chair in the office and dint offer a second one :/ , and first thing he asked for was a credit application with us not even knowing if he had the car at their other store or asking any other questions. Then he left us unattended for a long time when he cane back he came in with the CLOSER but since i did my research he couldn't make a huge profit so i ended leaving. Then he text me some numbers that where close to where i wanted to be at but i told him i was an hour away but he said to come down it worth it so i did, when i got there he shows me so other numbers and says oh sorry but i wasn't actually able to do those figures so i left and told him i'd be back tomorrow because i was annoyed of their shady negotiations ways. Then he texts me in the morning and i told him that i bought a explorer at another dealer (Citrus Ford great staff) and he tells me well i hope you used your trade in rebate so i said if you would of told me that yesterday i would of bought it from you, then he says well its ok i don't need my gross average to drop. What a JERK. Never doing business here again , i buy two cars every two years and my kids are going to start driving in two years so that means I'm going to buy 3 cars in two years but not from this place. I wish the owner would read this and do something about this . I have the text messages to prove it. More
I went in looking for a specific car (Oxford White Focus ST) and was met with games, and a waste of time. He said that was impossible, and well, I'm now am owner of that car for right around that same payment (opted for one with a moon roof,which added a few bucks to the total payment). They are very rude to customers,very condescending and very pushy.Not just to me, but to another customer behind me. More

The service department at Sunrise Ford in Fontana is awful. The 800 customer service number from Ford is not much better. My windshield cracked on my 2011 super duty f350 my driveway because of 104 degree heat. They said it was a rock chip? Yet no one can explain how a rock chip happens in my drive way, under the windshield wiper, and under the hood line of the truck. I quess it must be a space rock? If you want quality I would go elsewhere. More

Also, had an issue with rear view camera and took it to my dealership in Vegas and price was negotiated by both dealerships and it was fixed.. When it came to payment from Sunrise Ford all my dealership and I received were voicemails and no payment!!! Still in process of trying to get payment from them.... Hate their customer service or lack there of!! More
