Stay away, FLEE! I went to Sunrise Ford to buy a new Ranger. The new truck was too expensive, the payment was too high. I found a 2003 Chevrolet S-10 ZR-2 4X4 Pick up. I went to Sunrise Ford to buy a new Ranger. The new truck was too expensive, the payment was too high. I found a 2003 Chevrolet S-10 ZR-2 4X4 Pick up. I bought it. I used my credit union since the loan offered by the dealership was really bad. So I drove it home, about 50 miles, I live up in the mountains. The truck went back the next day on a wrecker, it badly overheated. They had it for three days and I went back and picked it up, drove it home. The next day it went back on a wrecker. Overheated again, they did not fix the problem. While I was there and they were unloading the truck, a salesman walked up to me and asked me if I was the one that bought that truck, I told him yes and he said, "oh ya, I remember that truck, it came in on a wrecker! I went back a few days later and picked it up, it did not over heat. I found several other problems with it. The power steering pump was failing, the heater did not work, the check engine light went on all the time, the drivers door did not line up properly, the passenger seat recline handle snapped off. The dealership refused to fix anything else even though the problems appeared during the dealership warranty period. Even the salesman who sold me truck, after I spent several days listening to him drone on about how great he was and how well he took care of his customers, did not return my calls. I spoke to the so-called customer service mediator and she was like talking to a brick wall, I don't even know why she had the job. I finally got really angry and called on of the owners and left a very colorful message, no response. I ended up buying a $2K warranty and it more then paid for its self. Fast forward three years. I sent a letter to the owners of the dealership with the license plate frames and recapped the problems I had when I bought the truck, no reply. Then one day out of the blue, I got a call from an obvious appointment setter wanting to know if I wanted to buy another car since my loan was coming to its end, she left a voice mail message. I called back just for the hell of it and left a voice mail for the salesman she represented, no response. These people have not clue one what they are doing, care very little for customers after the sale and that is apparent all the way up to and including the owners. The very worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure to deal with and I have bought many cars. Stay away from these bozos! More

I'm not a patient man so thanks for making it easy for me buying my new F250 Lariat (easy/simple) I told you what I was looking for and what options I needed (did not want to play games going back and forth trying to sell me a different truck), you found the truck with the options and exact color. I thought after agreeing on sales amount and terms it would take me a while to sign all docs and leave. Not the case after agreeing I was out and on my way home within an hour. My wife and I will be back before the end of the year for a new Explorer. We will ask for you not only because you are efficient and are very knowledgeable on the product you sell,but because you never pressured us into buying a vehicle. Again thanks for your great service Salesmen at Sunrise Ford (not professional and NOT honest) The reason I went to Citrus Ford, I was looking for a new F250 went to Sunrise Ford back on 6/8/14 (Sunday) after about 3 hours of them trying to find the truck I wanted they told me that they had one at their sister branch (Sunrise Hollywood) they showed me a fax/scan copy of the Vehicle Description Sticker. It showed the options I wanted, they told me that they can have in in Fontana the following day (Monday). I told the Sales Person okay I will be back Monday to look at the truck and sign paper work. He told me that they could not hold the truck at the Hollywood Branch. Only way we can hold the truck is all paper work done that day, so I decided to see what would be my monthly payment. I finally got the price I wanted to pay so I signed the paper work (it took 2 1/2 hours for there finance dept to sign docs) Was told by the Salesmen Eli that he would call me when the truck arrived on Monday morning they would have it all cleaned and ready for me to pick up. Monday afternoon at 2:30 pm I had to call Eli (had to leave a message) Eli called back at around 3:00 pm he told me that the truck was sold, and they where trying to locate another truck like the one I bought. On Tuesday he called me said that they found a truck in Bakersfield and would have it in Wednesday. I told them not once or twice but at least 4 times that the monthly price agreed on the first deal was not going to change they told price would be the same come see the truck. So on Wednesday I went to look at the truck, it did not have the same options (missing rear view camera, no rubber mats) and then they told me that the price would be more. After over an hour and a half my wife and I walk out because they would not give us the same payments as what was signed off on original deal. More

I was returning actually a rental car to enterprise and my mom pick me up and she's like okay let's go look at some cars we ended up going to sunrise Ford. I just wanted to see what I can afford I didn't plan on buying a car that day. When me and my mom had arrived at the dealership they made us instantly feel comfortable and well taken care of. Our salesperson Mario was really really helpful I test drove a couple cars but I decided on the Ford focus. Never in 1 million years did I think that I would ever be able to afford a brand-new car especially at being such a young age. I know I will definitely recommend sunrise Ford to anybody who's looking to buy either used or new car. More
