I'm not a patient man so thanks for making it easy for me buying my new F250 Lariat (easy/simple) I told you what I was looking for and what options I needed (did not want to play games going back and forth trying to sell me a different truck), you found the truck with the options and exact color. I thought after agreeing on sales amount and terms it would take me a while to sign all docs and leave. Not the case after agreeing I was out and on my way home within an hour. My wife and I will be back before the end of the year for a new Explorer. We will ask for you not only because you are efficient and are very knowledgeable on the product you sell,but because you never pressured us into buying a vehicle. Again thanks for your great service Salesmen at Sunrise Ford (not professional and NOT honest) The reason I went to Citrus Ford, I was looking for a new F250 went to Sunrise Ford back on 6/8/14 (Sunday) after about 3 hours of them trying to find the truck I wanted they told me that they had one at their sister branch (Sunrise Hollywood) they showed me a fax/scan copy of the Vehicle Description Sticker. It showed the options I wanted, they told me that they can have in in Fontana the following day (Monday). I told the Sales Person okay I will be back Monday to look at the truck and sign paper work. He told me that they could not hold the truck at the Hollywood Branch. Only way we can hold the truck is all paper work done that day, so I decided to see what would be my monthly payment. I finally got the price I wanted to pay so I signed the paper work (it took 2 1/2 hours for there finance dept to sign docs) Was told by the Salesmen Eli that he would call me when the truck arrived on Monday morning they would have it all cleaned and ready for me to pick up. Monday afternoon at 2:30 pm I had to call Eli (had to leave a message) Eli called back at around 3:00 pm he told me that the truck was sold, and they where trying to locate another truck like the one I bought. On Tuesday he called me said that they found a truck in Bakersfield and would have it in Wednesday. I told them not once or twice but at least 4 times that the monthly price agreed on the first deal was not going to change they told price would be the same come see the truck. So on Wednesday I went to look at the truck, it did not have the same options (missing rear view camera, no rubber mats) and then they told me that the price would be more. After over an hour and a half my wife and I walk out because they would not give us the same payments as what was signed off on original deal. More
Great service I was in a car accident a month ago and my old car was totaled. I was returning actually a rental car to enterprise and my mom pick me up and she's like okay let's go look at some cars we ended up going to sunrise Ford. I just wanted to see what I can afford I didn't plan on buying a car that day. When me and my mom had arrived at the dealership they made us instantly feel comfortable and well taken care of. Our salesperson Mario was really really helpful I test drove a couple cars but I decided on the Ford focus. Never in 1 million years did I think that I would ever be able to afford a brand-new car especially at being such a young age. I know I will definitely recommend sunrise Ford to anybody who's looking to buy either used or new car. More

Donald Wheeler came over after about 10-15 mins of me waiting to see anyone in the garage you pull into. After the wait it all went smooth! Only took a couple hours to get my brake pads changed and rotors resurfaced, also an oil change. Not a bad price for a dealer, 275 I think it was on my f150 More

I have a 2012 Expedition, and the clips that hold the plastic molding around the driver seat (which contains all the seat controls) broke and was hanging off. I drove over to Sunrise Ford on a Saturday morning, not expecting it to get fixed, but at least they could see what was needed and schedule an appointment for me. I asked him if I could get an appointment on a weekend, since it is hard for me to get over to Sunrise Ford as it is not the closest dealer to me. Eric checked to see if they had the parts in stock and was able to have it fixed within 3 hours. That kind of service is the reason I go out of my way to take my vehicle to Sunrise Ford. Steven (internet sales) told me that they would sell me a car I was interested in if I came down and bought it from him this Memorial Day. When I got there I was told that the car was in storage and they would go get it. BAIT.. After an hour Oscar came out and told me there was a problem. The car had been sold. But they could sell me another car at only $2,000 more than the agreement they had already made. SWITCH I said no thank you. I dont deal with underhanded shams. I should have known better. They knew I was coming from a long ways away to buy from them. Disgusted.. By the way I will be reporting this to the BBB More
Worst customer service , i worked with a salesman name jimmy ( if you buy there work with someone else). When we arrived he walked us all over he didn't know his inventory at all. As soon as he walked us in the office there was only one chair in the office and dint offer a second one :/ , and first thing he asked for was a credit application with us not even knowing if he had the car at their other store or asking any other questions. Then he left us unattended for a long time when he cane back he came in with the CLOSER but since i did my research he couldn't make a huge profit so i ended leaving. Then he text me some numbers that where close to where i wanted to be at but i told him i was an hour away but he said to come down it worth it so i did, when i got there he shows me so other numbers and says oh sorry but i wasn't actually able to do those figures so i left and told him i'd be back tomorrow because i was annoyed of their shady negotiations ways. Then he texts me in the morning and i told him that i bought a explorer at another dealer (Citrus Ford great staff) and he tells me well i hope you used your trade in rebate so i said if you would of told me that yesterday i would of bought it from you, then he says well its ok i don't need my gross average to drop. What a JERK. Never doing business here again , i buy two cars every two years and my kids are going to start driving in two years so that means I'm going to buy 3 cars in two years but not from this place. I wish the owner would read this and do something about this . I have the text messages to prove it. More
