Last Monday I waited 3 hrs for a tow truck and when the guy finally showed up (without a flatbed) I asked him to get one and he gave me a bunch of attitude "it should be fine... that's gonna take at least another hour..." Another 2 hrs go by and I'm finally getting my car on a tow truck. Today will be the 8th day my car has been at Ford. I called on the 4th day to get an update but couldn't get a hold of Mark, so I left a message. Still no word this Monday (7th day) so I cal back. This is the response I get, "hold on let me check... the technician is just now looking at it I'll give you a call back later with an update. He never called! More
Great Ford Flex salesman Salesman Jacob Maxey was great! Got a good price on a new Ford Flex. We financed through Ford and were very disturbed when we received a Notice of Recision via certified mail on the Saturday following our purchase, but a call to Jacob took care of the problem. There was also a problem with an exterior detail warranty called ECBond, but again, a call to Jacob and he resolved the problem. More

Stay away, FLEE! I went to Sunrise Ford to buy a new Ranger. The new truck was too expensive, the payment was too high. I found a 2003 Chevrolet S-10 ZR-2 4X4 Pick up. I went to Sunrise Ford to buy a new Ranger. The new truck was too expensive, the payment was too high. I found a 2003 Chevrolet S-10 ZR-2 4X4 Pick up. I bought it. I used my credit union since the loan offered by the dealership was really bad. So I drove it home, about 50 miles, I live up in the mountains. The truck went back the next day on a wrecker, it badly overheated. They had it for three days and I went back and picked it up, drove it home. The next day it went back on a wrecker. Overheated again, they did not fix the problem. While I was there and they were unloading the truck, a salesman walked up to me and asked me if I was the one that bought that truck, I told him yes and he said, "oh ya, I remember that truck, it came in on a wrecker! I went back a few days later and picked it up, it did not over heat. I found several other problems with it. The power steering pump was failing, the heater did not work, the check engine light went on all the time, the drivers door did not line up properly, the passenger seat recline handle snapped off. The dealership refused to fix anything else even though the problems appeared during the dealership warranty period. Even the salesman who sold me truck, after I spent several days listening to him drone on about how great he was and how well he took care of his customers, did not return my calls. I spoke to the so-called customer service mediator and she was like talking to a brick wall, I don't even know why she had the job. I finally got really angry and called on of the owners and left a very colorful message, no response. I ended up buying a $2K warranty and it more then paid for its self. Fast forward three years. I sent a letter to the owners of the dealership with the license plate frames and recapped the problems I had when I bought the truck, no reply. Then one day out of the blue, I got a call from an obvious appointment setter wanting to know if I wanted to buy another car since my loan was coming to its end, she left a voice mail message. I called back just for the xxxx of it and left a voice mail for the salesman she represented, no response. These people have not clue one what they are doing, care very little for customers after the sale and that is apparent all the way up to and including the owners. The very worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure to deal with and I have bought many cars. Stay away from these bozos! More
