Sales guy Nick came to see if he could help. He is friendly and was helpful without being pushy. We test drive one car but it just didn't feel right for me Nick adjusted his approach with me and hit a homer with his next suggestion. After some normal haggling, we all came to an agreement. I got a new car 2 steps up from the one I had and I hope to be happy for some time to come. My last experience with Chevy was positive and I have long had a high regard for Sunrise. More

I had scheduled a recall appointment on a Saturday that they had been calling me non-stop to get done for a year and when I got to my appointment they said they could not complete the job in under 2.5 hours when on the phone they told me 1.5 hours. The job was a simple one to change out a windshield wiper motor. when I told them I had waited months to get a Saturday appointment since M-F they are only open until 6pm (who can work and get their car serviced before 6pm?) They didn't even care that I waited months for the appointment. Then would I told them how upset I was they only handed me this dealer rater card to review them online. My family has bought 3 cars from Sunrise Chevrolet and I'm sorry to say there won't be a 4th due to the service department and their disregard for my time. More

I went into the showroom to say hello to my salesman Luciano Garcia. I have been contemplating on leasing a car versus purchasing a new car. I have spoken to many of my friends that are doing that now. Luciano and I have talked about it in the past and I told him about my concerns. This is the third purchase at Sunrise. I had a 2009 Impala, The salesman that sold us the Impala is no longer at Sunrise. When we bought the 2013 Equinox Luciano Garcia was the best salesman. I didn't feel intimidated and he sincerely cares about his customers. Luciano looked up what cars are available. We took a test drive. I decided that I should go with the leasing. Sean Donato got my paperwork and I signed on the dotted lines! In the past, I have been at the dealership when purchasing a car for hours. At Sunrise it was a smooth transition and I drove off in my new car! I highly recommend Sunrise. Everyone is friendly and helpful. More
