The Salesman (Primo) who originally sold me my Equinox two years ago still calls me by name whenever I see him. The Service Crew I have dealt with so far, Eric and Kory are like old friends when I am in for my regular service. They treat me with respect, are friendly and really can't do enough for you. I have never encountered anyone at Sunrise in a "bad mood" and have witnessed some pretty irritating customers while I was there. They were handled exactly the way they should have been handled. My service calls are always taken care of quicker that the estimated time given to me and I have never felt that I was overcharged or "scammed". I can't say enough good things about the people I have had dealings with. Bridget is excellent when it comes to reminders and setting up my appointments. I have recommended Sunrise to several friends and know several other people who feel the same as I do about the employees at Sunrise Chevrolet. They all deserve a pat on the back for their excellent attitudes, friendliness and customer service. More

Well recently i had gone to dealer for service on car and as always i was treated well and kept up to date with the progress on my car. I always feel like i am part of the Chevy family when i am at the deale as always i was treated well and kept up to date with the progress on my car. I always feel like i am part of the Chevy family when i am at the dealer. In addition i have been in constant contact with my sales rep as i have 2013 Malibu eco that doesn't really fit my needs and would like to go back to Impala, My sales rep has advised that he will work hard to get me the car i want. My sales rep has always gone above and beyond to help me and I always leave the dealer satisfied and I have recommended the dealer and my sales rep to several people and a few have bought cars from them and there are more to come. I have been buying cares since 2003 and if i buy new car it will be my 5th car and everyone at the dealership knows who I am and always makes a point to say hi when i am there. There is no doubt on why this is a popular dealership as they are friendly work hard and ensure that all their customers are happy. Anytime i buy a car or have service done I always get a follow up call/e mail to see how my service was or how I like the vehicle so far. This dealership is truly the best and I will continue to bring all my business there and will go no where else. More
I had a service check-up today for 5,000 miles, which was easily scheduled and confirmed by both e-mail and VM. It was also prompted by both a reminder call and a mailer to my home which included a $10 coup easily scheduled and confirmed by both e-mail and VM. (Brian), the person who checked me in and assisted me (Michael) and Sean (the salesperson from whom I purchased the vehicle) were all EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and professional. I was early for my appt but was promptly taken care of, the waiting area is comfortable, provides free beverages and snacks along with magazines and other ways to break up the wait time. I rec'd my vehicle back promptly, my engine question was answered and Michael attempted to assist me with a car mat issue. I was thoroughly satisfied and also rec'd a car wash as well. More
I originly brought my car here for service/repair and the customer service was great! Very warm and friendly staff. The people seemed knowledgeable and willing to explain anything I had questions on. When I went to the show department just to kill time I was approached immediately by one of there staff who showed me some of his favorite top of the line vehicles. This dealership's service department is one to avoid - these guys use every trick in the book to sell services that aren't even needed. I've taken my car there a couple of times for routine warranty work only because they are close to where I live. Each and every time I go there, they attempt to sell additional services that are not even required (i.e fuel injector service at 20,000 miles - NOT in the service manual, so why are they recommending it)? Kept the car for 100k miles and it never received nor needed that service, ran just fine when trading in. So be careful if you go here for service - they will take advantage of you big time. More
I took my 2001 Cavalier 2.4 in when it began making lifter noise. The svc mgr and a mechanic helped look over the problem. The mechanic touched the top of the engine aqnd revved the throttle. Then h lifter noise. The svc mgr and a mechanic helped look over the problem. The mechanic touched the top of the engine aqnd revved the throttle. Then he said, "yes, it's a "rod", probably #1 or #2. The service mgr concurred and guessed that it was time to get a new engine. Two thousand or so. Only one problem: As I left, I pondered, does a DOHC engine HAVE "RODS"? I told this story to the people at the local auto parts store, and they had a good laugh. Then I told them, the same thing happened (RE: cam/lifters) 15 years ago, at the same place -- when it was sporting a different name. I caught them then and had to sign a waiver to get my car back, because I threatened to sue. The name may change, but a rat is still a rat! More
