Emergency On Saturday afternoon, I came out of the grocery store and saw a blck piece of rubber hanging off of my the front of car. I was a little freaked out a On Saturday afternoon, I came out of the grocery store and saw a blck piece of rubber hanging off of my the front of car. I was a little freaked out and since I live close by drove right over to the dealership. Service was unfortunatley closed. Didnt matter Josh pulled my car into the service bay and he tied up the rubber piece until I could get back to schedule a service appointment on Monday! He saved the day! It turned out to be a small item called a deflector. How many sales guys would even think about getting themselves dirty to help ypu out ? Josj did - He's my hero! I brought my car into service today and they were impressed and said he did a great job as well More
Friendliest Staff Around I have to say that, in my eight years of dealing with Sunrise Chevrolet, I have always found their staff - from the Service Advisers to the valets to I have to say that, in my eight years of dealing with Sunrise Chevrolet, I have always found their staff - from the Service Advisers to the valets to Management - to be most friendly and courteous, as well as helpful with identifying and resolving problems with my vehicles. Every member I have encountered, even just in passing in the customer lounge, has taken the time - made the effort - to greet their customers with a smile, a "Hello!" They make you feel like a family member, rather than an intruder who is in their way. Every one of their customers is treated as an appreciated guest. Even their valet drivers are impressive, always demonstrating excellent driving skills, literally following the Rules of the Road, following route suggestions, constantly keeping their passengers feeling comfortable and safe. Awesome Service Experience I went for service at the dealer today to have my headlamps updated. Dave Straus helped me today and he was professional and extremely helpful and ad I went for service at the dealer today to have my headlamps updated. Dave Straus helped me today and he was professional and extremely helpful and addressed my other concerns with the car. The service tech I had was Charlie and he did awesome job on my car. When car was completed I had a few questions on the work and Charlie came out to the service area made a few changes to my liking and answered all my questions. I had additional questions when I came home and Dave Straus returned my call right away and answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to call back if I need any further help. I would highly recommend this dealer for service as they are top notch and the techs will come out to explain issues as well as the service reps. Its good when people sitting in waiting area drive from far away to come to this dealer for service. I have been going to this dealer since 2003 for service and to buy cars and will go no where else. I give Dave Straus and Charlie 10 stars if I could as they both went out of their way today to help. me. More
I was never going to buy a Chevy Again! i bought my 2011 Equinox from a different dealer and beginning with month 3 I have had nothing but problems. I moved near Sunrise and while they are amazing, I still had issues with this car. Today was another issue and in my misery and frustration with GM, Matt convinced me to give GM another chance. Today I am walking out with a 2015 Trax and no more headaches! More

I trust no one with it and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car so I had no choice but to take it to sunrise to have them check it out. I was consulted by Dan Wurzer who understood the love I had for my car lol. He went out of his way to inform me that I had a bumper to bumper warranty and that no matter what the issue was with the car that I only had to pay a small deductable. You don't see that kind of consideration anymore. Unfortunately I had to make two trips there and because of the inconvenience he made sure that I didn't pay anything the second time around. As long as he is working there I will make no hesitation to bring my car in and to keep writing good reviews because he definitely deserves the recognition for his hard work and experience in the automotive field. Again I have never written a review before and the people of Sunrise Chevrolet impacted me enough to want me to. "Sunrise" Chevy starts my day off right I bought my car in 2012 at Sunrise and have been extremely pleased with it and the service from Sunrise ever since. I had a salesman, Luciano - Primo I bought my car in 2012 at Sunrise and have been extremely pleased with it and the service from Sunrise ever since. I had a salesman, Luciano - Primo who to this day remembers my name and always finds the time to say hello when I am at Sunrise. I find this very endearing and will definitely recommend him to any friends I have looking for a new car and also go back to him myself when I am ready for a new car. I am grateful for that personal touch Primo offers.The Service Department is the best and I have never had an issue with them or their service. It is prompt, dependable and affordable. Everyone from the switchboard operator on through is always extremely pleasant and helpful and I couldn't ask for much more. Thank You Sunrise. More

Worst Dealer Ever This is by far the worst dealer ever. I just bought a car in February of this year 2014, if I bought a NEW car it's for a reason to not have any probl This is by far the worst dealer ever. I just bought a car in February of this year 2014, if I bought a NEW car it's for a reason to not have any problems with it. The next day after I got it I felt something wrong with the car. I took it back to the dealer to get it checked and they said everything was fine. They also had really bad customer service at the service department. I arrived and instead of asking me what I needed help with one of the service guys told me to take a seat and left me waiting for more than 10 minutes when their were no customers waiting until I got up and asked another service guy if I had to sign up somewhere that's when they began to help me. Three weeks after that the car kept shaking I took it to a different dealer and they were A LOT better than this dealer. They were actually shocked that the dealer told me that their was nothing wrong with the car when in reality their is. It's been 3 months since I bought the car and I have been to dealer more than 6 times to get my car checked. By far this is the worst dealer ever definitely won't be going back and the people that work in the sales floor very rude and disrespectful calling me names when making the deal for the car. Who does that when they are trying to sell a car! More
