Sunrise Chevrolet provides great service! I was in for service recently and I had Julia as my advisor. I am happy with the quick service provided. (Oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change). Disappointed. So I bought a brand new Chevy Impala LT 2016. About a month ago I got a flat tire and had to use my spare, upon opening the spare tire compartment I n So I bought a brand new Chevy Impala LT 2016. About a month ago I got a flat tire and had to use my spare, upon opening the spare tire compartment I noticed there was about 2 to 3 inches of water around the spare tire, I needed an oil change as well and decided to schedule an app and this is how Chevy lost my business forever.... My appointment was scheduled for 7am, I show up 20 minutes early and wait for them to open, I had already given the person on the phone the reasons for bringing my car in, 1) My trunk has water in it. 2) The trunk wont open by any means, not the fob, the exterior button or interior button works. 3) Oil change. First off the service writer said "just an oil change" and I had to tell them a second time that there are other concerns, she tells me there would be 145.00$ charge to diagnose the water in my trunk if its not covered and I said my car has 29,700 miles how could it not be? So I passed it off to her, about 7:35am I walked by the area and saw my car still sitting in its spot, now this dealership was never known for its speed, every oil change I ever had took one and half to two hours which is shocking to me but whatever, I decide to go watch a movie on my phone and wait..... 8:20 am service writer comes out and tells me they found the problem with the trunk and that a fuse had popped and I told her its not the fuse I have replaced the fuse several times (I myself am a mechanic by trade) please tell him to go back and diagnose it right and secondly the leak in my trunk was due to a failed seal around the right tail light. Both of which she tells me my extended warranty (6years 75k miles) do not cover...... I questioned how water in my trunk from a faulty tail light seal is somehow my responsibility as it was prolly leaking for a very long time I just happened to catch it when I got the flat tire, she didn't care she just said its not covered. She then tells me the tech replaced the fuse and cant find any issues "he tried it several times and it works" she tells me so he wont even try to diagnose it at this point they replaced the fuse and they were done. 840am she tells me I owe 278.00$ for diagnostic work and oil change(oil change was 29$) I said you want 1.5 hours of labor when you didn't even have my car in the shop for an hour? Not only that I told you the fuse isn't the problem and you want me to pay 71$ for the incorrect diagnosis and 1.49$ for a fuse? They charged me 145.00$ for a guy to take 10 minutes and see water in my tail light?? And then tell me they wont cover the defect in the seal that was most likely defective long before my 3 year warranty was up. I said how can you charge me for this? This is outrageous I spent 36,000$ on a brand new car and I have to pay 400.00$ to reseal a defective tail light? On top of the 220.00$ in 30 minutes worth of diagnostics? End of the story I told them to give me my car back I could fix the issues myself and a xxxx of a lot cheaper, the truth is if I had known the service would be so bad and rude and completely incompetent I never would have brought my car in there in the first place and saved myself 200$ and 2 hours of sitting and arguing. Bottom line is I bought that car brand new it has 29,700 miles on it and its in excellent condition and these bozo's think I should have to fork out 400.00$ to repair a faulty seal for god knows how long has been leaking into my trunk and then have the tenacity to charge me 145.00$ diagnosis when it took the guy 15 minutes to diagnose it and another 71$ for a fuse....... this to me is not only deceitful but most likely borderline fraud 735am to 820 including an oil change and tire rotation and tried to charge me 1.5 hrs of labor.... for defects in the car I had nothing to do with. I will never buy another Chevy and to be honest American dealers have the worst customer service, their warranties are junk, their employees don't care unless your a VIP or someone with lots of money and I can only hope my review warns people of Sunrise Chevrolet and the horrible service they provide. I will be posting this on every review site that Sunrise Chevrolet is listed on. More

Service Department I have a 2018 Malibu LT. It comes with 2 free oil changes, and 2 free tire rotations within the 1st 2 years after the purchase of the car. I went in f I have a 2018 Malibu LT. It comes with 2 free oil changes, and 2 free tire rotations within the 1st 2 years after the purchase of the car. I went in for the 2nd (and last) free oil change & tire rotation. The Service Advisor was Jim Finch. 1. The initial Service Department “greeting” experience is amazing at Sunrise Chevrolet. The area where the greeting takes place is clean & well-lit. The Service Advisor (Jim Finch, in this case) greets you in a friendly way, and makes a quick walk around the car (that’s a good thing to do). Jim Finch let’s you know what the wait time might be. 2. Since I’m using the last of my free oil changes, Jim Finch explained to me that there are some, very reasonable Oil Change/Tire Rotation programs that I could take advantage of. That was information I needed, and I appreciate Jim Finch bringing it to my attention. 3. I was impressed with the nice waiting area, with comfortable chairs , TV, Fresh donuts and great coffee. 4. Since my car purchase experience at Sunrise Chevrolet was extremely good, I decided to walk around & converse with a few of the people I interacted with, during my car purchase process. 5. I enjoyed interacting with Dan Kurtz (General Manager) for a few minutes. I looked for Luciano “Primo” Garcia (my amazing Sales person). That was Primo’s day off. While I was sitting in the waiting room, Rick Mackintosh (Finance Manager) walked by & I spent a few minutes with him. 6. My car was ready at the time Jim Finch said it would be ready. The car was washed & looked great. 7. I think you can tell by my verbiage, that my experience with Sunrise Chevrolet (in this case, it was the Service Department with Service Advisor, Jim Finch) has been great. More importantly, I always leave with a SMILE on my face! More
