Just had our 4th visit to have our car serviced. Every time we have spoken with JOE LAMENDOLA. Our first time was for an oil change. While that was happening,Joe let us know we needed a new cabin filter ( time we have spoken with JOE LAMENDOLA. Our first time was for an oil change. While that was happening,Joe let us know we needed a new cabin filter (we knew this from the service center we initially took the car to). So we went ahead with the replacement. During the next oil change, Joe said we needed front brakes (which I knew from the feeling when I braked) so we had that taken care of. A few days ago, my husband left for work and came home a few minutes later. The car wouldn’t shift out of 1st gear. I called Joe, who gave me the number for the towing company they use. They took the car to Sunrise and my husband followed. After he pulled up the code, he said the transmission needed work. They arranged a loaner, and he called later to let us know we needed a trans rebuild and it would be covered by the warranty. He kept us informed during the few days while it was done. Joe has been friendly, professional and attentive. We bought the car at CarMax but will always use Sunrise and Joe for our service! Also, I really appreciate Jim Finch for stepping in when Joe was busy or on the phone! More

Dan Wurzer = A+ Dan has ALWAYS looked out for the customer in the service department. I came in for an oil change and ended up having a few other items that need to Dan has ALWAYS looked out for the customer in the service department. I came in for an oil change and ended up having a few other items that need to be taken care of that were unexpected. Dan was not able to be at work on the day that I found out about the "other items". Another service rep called me, but she did not have my account in front of me and kept telling me I would have to pay a large amount for these items to be completed on my vehicle. I insisted on waiting for Dan to return to work so I could talk to him about everything. Good thing I did because half the work was still under warranty and he also went the extra mile to request assistance from GM to help me cover the cost of the remaining items. I will never go to anyone else but Dan. He is very personable, easy to talk to and he explains everything that needs to be done. More
I use Sunrise for all my service. My check engine light went on 2 days ago. I was able to get the work done yesterday. The car was washed and ready to go in a little over 1 hour. I wanted to get it done went on 2 days ago. I was able to get the work done yesterday. The car was washed and ready to go in a little over 1 hour.
