We just purchased a 2013 Cruze LT. This is the second new vehicle purchased from Sunrise. In August of 2008 we purchased a 2009 HHR. Javier Guzman was our salesperson for this vehicle. He was quite knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. We visited the dealership at least 5 times prior to finally purchasing it. He took fantastic care of us, giving us a very good deal. We let him know that when the time came to replace our other car we would most certainly consider Sunrise. We started looking for this new vehicle about a year ago. We even test drove a Cruze and Sonic last summer. Again we made at least 5 additional visits to Sunrise and spoke to Javier each time. He always had the same great attitude, keeping us informed of what changes and new information was available to us. His professionalism was the deciding factor to purchase the Cruze and once again he made the experience most pleasant. We hope to see him again when the time comes to replace our 2009 HHR or purchase an additional vehicle for our son. It was no surprise to us to see that Javier was recognized as employee of the year for 2012. More

When my wife and I first arrived we were greeted by a member of the staff. We then proceeded to browse the cars in the showroom. We were not bothered while we looked around the showroom (I hate it when member of the staff. We then proceeded to browse the cars in the showroom. When we narrowed our selection we were introduced to Javier Guzman. He patiently went through the models that we were considering. He brought two of the cars that they had on the lot that met our needs up to the showroom door so my wife could sit in them and look at them. They offered to let her test drive both but she didn't want to. The price they offered us for the new car and our trade in were, as far as we were concerned more than fair. The entire staff could not have been nicer. When I went to pick up the car there was a forecast of snow and they had the car waiting INSIDE the showroom so I could inspect it before driving away. As far as I am concerned this was the best new-car-buying experience I ever had and would not hesitate to recommend Sunrise Chevrolet and Javier Guzman as the place for someone to go. More

I had purchased a truck in 2008 and had a good experience, however Sunrise must not be interested in repeat business. I called to confirm that they had a 2013 Camaro in stock which they did. The sticker was $26,520. After the test drive when I inquired about the internet pricing and wanted to negotiate, they offered me sticker price and only $2000 for my trade. (I later received $3500 from another dealer) They were unwilling to come down on the price until I left the dealership. They then proceeded to call me numerous times to try and discuss numbers but never willing to give me an actual number over the phone. They also told me there was only $500 in rebates but the dealership I purchased from gave me a $1000 in rebates. I went to several dealers in the area and looked at several makes and models of cars and Sunrise was by far the worst as was the sales person Mark. I had stopped by Sunrise to check out the Malibu; however, I wasn't quite ready to buy yet. Mike is a very easy going sales person. Mike took me back & introduced me to the Service Manager and I get emails regarding service times for the Malibu. The Finance Mgr worked with me to get a good interest rate on my loan. Everyone was friendly, making conversation & joking around. This is the 3rd new car I have purchased and the best experience of the 3. That probably explains why the other 2 dealerships are OOB.
