In the end, becasuse of our financial situation, a purchase of any kind was not possible at this time, but if it would have been, I would have definitely purchased from them. Worked with Mick O'Sullivan to look at a Chevy Volt and a Malibu. Mick showed us the 2012 and 2013 Volt and 2013 Malibu. He did a great job of going over features and benefits of both vehicles. He didn't try to steer us to any particular car or feature package on any vehicle. Most important of all he listened to what we said and did a great job of identifying what was important to us. When we made our buying decision Mick and the manager Rich waded through all the cars in the system to find several that fit our price point and feature list. They finally found what I wanted and get to the dealership the next day! The biggest surprise was working on the price. We were offered a very aggressive price. They explained how they came to the offer and any contingencies. All were straight forward and reasonable. No high pressure "buy now or forever loss this price". It made it very easy to decide. Then when we came in to pick up the car we were in for a bigger surprise. Having signed a deal based on month and quarter end the Saturday before Rich came over to tell us if we were willing to renegotiate the price up just a bit he would offer us the newly announced GM rebate. We ended up saving $1,500 off what we had expected to pay! This was the sound business decision by the dealer with customer service consideration for long term. They did not have to make the offer and chances are I would have not ever known the difference. The fact they did and gave us the choice seems like a no brainer for either party but again was not required. We had a signed agreement. Over all one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I have had. We will go back to Sunrise when we are in the market for a car again and will recommend that anyone interested in a car do the same. Down side is that it's a little far away from us. More

My wife and I have purchased a vehicle in the past from Sean Donato. I went in asking for Sean Donato and it was his day off. I should have gone back on a day when Sean was working. I test drove a couple vehicles. My intention was to purchase a new vehicle. Mike showed me a pre-owned vehicle with 900 miles on it. Since I knew I did not want to pay full price, I was interested in the pre-owned vehicle. I was told that I could get the remaining factory warranty. Also, the vehicle had been rustproofed and had clearcoat protectant on the paint. Knowing what a new vehicle costs and what the depreciation is once a vehicle is driven off of the lot, I thought there was room to negotiate on this vehicle. When trying to negotiate with Mike Fakhouri, everything I asked for, he had a negative response. I mean EVERYTHING. I had to demand that the manager get involved. That is when I was able to get some things that made me feel comfortable with the transaction. I ended up getting a good deal but Mike is not a very good customer service oriented sales person. Normally I would get a call from my salesperson after the sale asking if everything is OK and how do I like my vehicle. I have not had a single call from Mike. I have spoken with Sean and he, as usual, has been extremely helpful and I feel truly concerned about my satisfaction. I leared a lesson on this one. If I get any negative comments from any salesperson, I will request a different sales person. Dont get me wrong, I like Sunrise Cheverolet. Their service dept is great and overall the staff there is excellent. My only issue is with the salesperson I was dealing with. This is not my first purchase from Sunrise and it will probably not be my last. I will just be more selective about who I work with. More

When I went in with my mom to purchase a new car, I was wary because of my credit score. Mick sat down with me and walked us through what my options looked like. When I arrived, Mick was there. It was his day off so the fact that he came in to deliver the car to me was wonderful. I felt very welcomed at that point. Eric sat down with me and told me that he worked everything he had, and it took about six hours. I was amazed that these three people would work so hard to get me into a car. Being 19 with no credit is horrible, and they did everything that they could and got me into a new car! I am so happy that I decided to go to Sunrise. My overall experience was wonderful. I plan to recommend them to everybody that needs a new or used car. They also had GREAT music in the dealer itself. Everybody was so happy, it made me feel like they were a big family trying to help! I would highly recommend Mick O'Sullivan. I think the outcome would have been different if I dealt with anyone else.
