Luciano 'Primo" Garcia is one of the warmest personalities you will ever meet anywhere. He readied the car and was ready for me the minute I walked in the door. He answered every question I had quickly and clearly. The man knows his cars and his business. It took a couple of days for me to put things together, but when I came in today to sign papers, Primo handled any last minute issues I had immediately. I might also add that Eric, the finance guy, was awesome. So personable and funny. Really enjoyed my time spent with these two employees in particular, and two others I would like to mention who had a hand in this great experience, Rachelle and Jose. I should also mention that I've bought two cars previously from Sunrise and had great experiences then, too. Great people, great prices and great service. More

Most relaxing car buying experience ever! I came in on 2/25, fully prepared with a couple car options, a lot of questions and the knowledge that I did not need a new car at that time. Sean wa I came in on 2/25, fully prepared with a couple car options, a lot of questions and the knowledge that I did not need a new car at that time. Sean was my sales guy and was AMAZING! I never felt rushed while asking all my questions. In fact he praised me for doing my research and asking them. During our time together I also never felt pressured to purchase the car. He made it clear that my happiness was his number one priority. I wasn't just a customer for the day, I was a customer for life. That night I also worked with Eric on my finances/lease signing and he made that part of the process so easy. He made sure to answer all my questions and was patient when I needed additional clarification. The last person I interacted with was Richie. He would pop in to check on how the process was going and made me fee very comfortable while there. The whole experience never felt like a chore, I actually enjoyed the experience! The guys were amazing and treated me more like a family/friend than just a customer. They were amazing and I will continue doing business with them! More

My son ended up with a new car and it saves him $10/mo based on the gas money he was spending to drive a Dodge Durango. The cost savings paid for the lease payment because the Cruze gets 3 times the mileage the Dodge got. I'm glad to have leased this car from Sunrise. It was one of the most painless purchases I've made. I was not there for an extreme amount of time and I think they sensed that I just wanted to make a deal as expediently as possible. Excellent service overall I was in need of a car fast and Sunrise Chevrolet was the first dealership I looked at. Matt Magnusson was the salesperson that night. I explained to I was in need of a car fast and Sunrise Chevrolet was the first dealership I looked at. Matt Magnusson was the salesperson that night. I explained to him that I was not ready to buy a car that night, but wanted to see what they had to offer. He was so curteous and understanding of my initial intentions. Despite knowing that I was not buying that day, he still cleaned off two cars in the bitter cold to let me test drive them. He also sat there for hours with us just running through numbers to see what a potential car would end up costing me. As time went on and I went to other dealerships I did not find the same friendly people that I found at Sunrise. I ended up going back there get final numbers about a month later. Sean Donato helped me that night and was just as friendly and thorough with absolutely everything I wanted and needed to know. I ended up buying my very first car that night. Excellent service and very friendly people. My sister even went back two weeks later to buy herslef a car as well. I recommend Sunrise Chevrolet to everybody! More
