Always Excellent Customer Service I went in to look at a 2015 Chevy Impala I had seen on their website on 5/23/2015. I was helped by Jose Martinez who has always helped my family and I with vehicles we have previously purchased at Sunrise Chevy In Glendale Heights. With in 5 minutes of getting there he pulled up the vehicle I had seen online so I could test drive it. Once I was sure that was the car I wanted Jose had Raul Martinez take my credit application and he was very helpful as well and answered any questions I had. Jose also made sure I was getting the best deal and was genuine as always. I did have to go back a couple of days later to get a bracket put in the front of my car and I went nearly at closing time Raul waited for me to make sure I was taken care of since the Service Center was getting ready to close. This is my 2nd vehicle I purchase at this dealer and the 5th vehicle in my household. I am very satisfied with the service I received and in LOVE with my new car! More
