Great Experience I am new to the area, and chose Sunrise because I live very close by and have seen the dealer many times driving by. It looks very clean and inviting from the outside, and I stopped by one day to buy a small part for my 2012 Impala. It looks the same on the inside. Very nice. I was just "kicking tires" in the showroom on my way out, and talked to a nice salesperson who was very friendly and not pushy at all when I told him I wasn't in the market yet, but when I was, I would definitely return. Well, the time came and I stopped by and low and behold, that salesperson had left the dealership. My experience with dealers is usually 1 or 2 salespeople are on my wavelength, and the rest are either too aggressive, or not paying attention to what my needs and wants are, and just try to put me in a vehicle that I don't really want, and I thought I might have lost that connection. Not so. I was greeted by Sean Love when I stopped by after work one night when I was checking on the availability of a 2015 Colorado. I knew already that these were in high demand, and there were virtually none available anywhere. I have never ordered a new vehicle before, but Sean put me at ease with the whole process. We went online together and chose the color and options I was looking for. When it comes to new vehicles, I am not a big option guy, and usually I just accept the options of a vehicle on the lot because I can get it right away. Not this time. I know that options are big margin gets for the manufacturer and the dealer, but Sean was not pushy at all when I told him I didn't want a lot of them. I was very hesitant on the color (Laser Blue), but again, Sean made me fell comfortable with the choice. He told me it would be 6-8 weeks time before I would receive it. To my surprise, Sean called me at 4 weeks and said it had arrived! I was going to get financing on my own, and wasn't quite ready with that part yet because it was so much earlier than I had anticipated. But Sean invited me down to take a look at it, and get the paperwork started. BTW, I am VERY happy with the color! Sean explained the extended warranties and dealer add ons, and when I politely declined, he left it at that. Not pushy at all. I know it's his job to sell, but he knew not to push. I really appreciate that as I have had other salespeople try and force the issue, and they lost me as a customer because of it. Once I had the financing nailed down, I came by to finish up the paperwork, and again, I was pleasantly surprised on how easy and fast it was. I have bought 5 or 6 new vehicles at various dealers, and for those that have been through it, the delivery day paperwork and process can be dreadful. Not at Sunrise. Dan Schomer had everything all set before I was, and when I sat down at Rick Mackintosh's desk, I was done in under ten minutes! I couldn't be happier with the whole experience- start to finish really. I traded in my Impala and they gave me a very fair price too. I want to recognize Sean for going above and beyond for me, and I can tell he really wants to take care of every customer no matter if they are buying a Corvette or a Spark, he wants them to feel like they are the most important customer he has. Dan and Rick made the "back side" of the sale painless, so a big THANK YOU to you both as well, and I will definitely be returning there to buy my next vehicle, and will be recommending them to anyone who asks me where to go to buy a new Chevy. More

And he has stayed on top of everything after the sale, as I added some dealer installed accessories. Of course no deal is complete until you get to the Finance Office, and Eric made everything happen with ease. Matt Dickerson assisted me with the sale and Eric Claseson with the finances. I, like most, always have dreaded the purchasing of a vehicle. The industry has a reputation for high turnover and shady sales tactics. After chatting with both Matt and Eric, as well as after going through the sales process, I got the impression that neither of these things were true at Sunrise. There seems to be many long-term employees and I did not feel pressured for the sale. In addition, both Matt and Eric spoke highly of the owner/management and the top down philosophy of the proper way to treat the customer. I recommend Sunrise, Matt and Eric without reservation and would gladly return when in the market for another vehicle. More

I called ahead & spoke with Matt Dickerson about a vehicle I saw online. Matt was friendly, checked to see if the vehicle was still available and asked when I would like to come in for a test drive. From the moment I got there he was very professional, hassle free but most importantly DOWN TO EARTH. I immediately Loved the Vehicle but wanted my wife's input. No pressure. I came back later that night & made the purchase. I never once got that swindled feeling. Even after the deal was finalized Matt still was kind & involved in anyway he could to see I was happy. Matt Helped me set-up On-Star, XM etc. whatever I need he accommodated me. The finance part with Rick Mackintosh was also great, again didn't make me feel like I was getting swindled. Neither guys used any of those sleazy, typical car tack ticks we all know and hate. Don't get me wrong everyone made out on the deal, its a business they should but I also got what I wanted at a FAIR hassle free price. Highly recommended, would definitely return assuming both Matt & Rick are still around. Good Guys A+++ p.s. He was right he was very nice, poliet and not pushy he went through everything and if he was not sure he went to ask he was a newer sales person . We did buy the SUV we were looking at we love it the only down side was the computers went down so we had to come back the next day to do the paper work but it was no big deal but they made sure we could get financed before we took the car home and help us out the next day on a deal . We spent more $$ then we wanted and our papyments are higher then we would have liked them to be but it's a new car it's hard going from no car payment for 4 yrs to one. As far as Matt and Rick on doing their jobs they were great respectful and explained everything , Matt was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at.. Dave Straus helped us make the decision to buy from SunRise again he is the greatest service writer we have ever met and does his job in a excellent manner he helped us with our other car when we brought it in he was always pleasant. Matt even got us the Sunrise doll after hearing our story how our grand daughter would look for it everyday on the roof top since she was 1 yrs old and now she is 9 yrs old if it wasn't there she was trying to figure out why she is so thrilled with the doll. They all worked as a team to get to the one common goal - Customer Satisfaction - A happy customer is a returning customer its all about word of mouth to bring others in to the dealership.
