I was looking around at other dealers every one was very pushy and wanted t The first vehicle that I purchased here was my 2012 GMC Terrain in August. I was looking around at other dealers every one was very pushy and wanted to rush me into buying the first vehicle I saw. I looked at local dealers and found Sunrise. When we got there Raul Martinez was at the door waiting for us (that was a great first impression) all the other dealers we had been at would have us waiting for a long time. But any ways Raul was so attentive he made sure that we were chosing the best car for me. He showed us all the Terrains. I finally chose the one I wanted and we took it for a test drive. It was the best experience ever there was no awkward silence and he wasn't trying to convince us to buy it. Raul even said that He didn't need to convince us that the vehicle would sell its self. Which made us feel in control of our decision. He sat there and explained everything the vehicle had and answered all our questions. He never once asked me how much I was leaving as down payment or anything. I was amazed because that's all we got form other dealers. I never felt like I was getting rushed into buying with Raul. I took my baby home that day. It was the fastest and easiest process ever. And usually car buying could be very stressful. My vehicle had a lot of features I didn't know how to use so I went back to Sunrise and Raul spent a lot of time with me, teaching me how to use my baby.
