The right questions asked by Don and him REALLY listening to my needs and concern lead us to the auto best suited for us. The information about the car to the service for maintenance was all covered by Don. Don was very knowledgeable about the Trax which is the car we purchased. It was very refreshing having someone to work with that was looking out for me. I will absolutely go to Sunrise and ask for Don in the future, should I be in need of another car. No brow beating about the price, everything just went so smoothly. I would recommend Don and the dealership to my family and friends gladly. Love my car!!!!! More

I had scheduled a recall appointment on a Saturday that The service department is disrespectful of one's time and doesn't stay honest to their word. I had scheduled a recall appointment on a Saturday that they had been calling me non-stop to get done for a year and when I got to my appointment they said they could not complete the job in under 2.5 hours when on the phone they told me 1.5 hours. The job was a simple one to change out a windshield wiper motor. when I told them I had waited months to get a Saturday appointment since M-F they are only open until 6pm (who can work and get their car serviced before 6pm?) They didn't even care that I waited months for the appointment. Then would I told them how upset I was they only handed me this dealer rater card to review them online. My family has bought 3 cars from Sunrise Chevrolet and I'm sorry to say there won't be a 4th due to the service department and their disregard for my time. More
