DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM SUNRISE AUTO! I believe that if I were a company based upon word of mouth and good customer service I'd be inclined too take better care of their buyers.... Every-time I'd call I would get, "OH THE MANAGER IS IN A MEETING RITE NOW BUT I'LL HAVE HIM GIVE YOU A CALL AS SOON AS HE'S OUT" And no call back I would take the initiative to call a hour later and get another excuse with no help and no accountability or ownership of their self worth! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUNRISE AUTO! More

Different than other small dealers!!!! I was recently in the market for a truck and I went to several small stores and got the typical "used car experience" then we went to Sunrise Auto Sal I was recently in the market for a truck and I went to several small stores and got the typical "used car experience" then we went to Sunrise Auto Sales and met with a guy named Jake. He was awesome!!! Answered all of our questions, let us take the car alone to make sure it is what we wanted for a few hours! Also did not pressure me when I returned to tell him I still needed to think about it. Needless to say I returned the next day and bought the Silverado and I love it!!! Great experience!!
