BEST AUTO Dealership EVER!!! My husband and I have been looking for a dually for many months. The price was the problem. Buying a new truck was not an option and all the used dually seemed to be out of our budget. The ones we did find had far to many miles or they were well used by farmers our ranchers. We saw an add for a beautiful 2011 GMC dually with low miles at Sunrise Auto Sales, however the price was once again out of our budget. We call Jim at Sunrise and explained our budget and concerns. Jim said come on in and take a look we'd work out something. We got there, test drove it and worked the deal perfectly to fit our budget. Let me tell you, this is one beautiful GMC. Jim was light and funny which made the transaction go so smooth. This dealership moved to fit our budget. Jim is amazing and Sunrise did a specular job with getting us into this truck. Scammers I recently traded in my truck for a newer truck. Come to find out my new truck is actually Canadian which is about a 20% value difference and they're I recently traded in my truck for a newer truck. As a result, I am seeking legal counsel and will never be recommending this dealership to anyone ever. STAY AWAY! More

No integrity I bought a diesel truck from here recently. I’m not intimidated by the typical rush-to-sit-down and push to get you to buy immediately dealer, as I sp I bought a diesel truck from here recently. I’m not intimidated by the typical rush-to-sit-down and push to get you to buy immediately dealer, as I specified the work that the truck needed before agreeing to the purchase. After buying, I delivered the truck for them to filter and flush the transmission as well as an alignment. They performed neither, yet stated they had performed the flush at a local shop. They lied and failed to provide proof in an invoice. After I discovered it had not been done and did it myself, they said that their mechanics did it. The fluid and the filters were exactly the same and the intercooler lines and drain plug remained unremoved. The alignment wasn’t done and they apologized, and they said if I didn’t want to drive it back, they would issue me a check. They haven’t still a month later. This is also likely because both wheel bearings were destroyed and the pitman arm needed to be replaced. I expect a business to have integrity and do what they say they are going to do, especially if it is in writing. I looked at 12 of the approximate 25 trucks here and bought the only one not completely rusted or had been in an accident. Even for experienced buyers, this is one to stay clear from. Not only would I never buy from here again, I expect many have similar experiences and were it not for them completely screwing customers with unsafe and sub-par vehicles, they would not be in business. Please heed from my mistake and see what is coming to them take its course. More
