Dishonesty, stay away I bought used 2014 Kia in vw Sunnyvale in 2016. At the moment I was a fresh immigrant. Finance guy told me I was denied a credit by all but one credit I bought used 2014 Kia in vw Sunnyvale in 2016. At the moment I was a fresh immigrant. Finance guy told me I was denied a credit by all but one credit organization. But there was a mandatory service contract I had to buy to get it. I believed him. Bought service contract from Zurich company for 5 years for 2,500 usd. To my surprise when I brought up this contract with the credit union they told me they never have had such a precondition. So I was blatantly upsold useless but expensive piece of paper. What a shame. Never do business with them, shady ppl. And never trust a single word they say. It amazes me how on Earth could such a horrible dealer exist under such well respected german brand. More

Awful Management. Intimidating and irrational. I had the most awful car buying experience at Sunnyvale VW on 12/8/2017. I finished test driving a used vehicle and told the salesman I would take it I had the most awful car buying experience at Sunnyvale VW on 12/8/2017. Just as we returned and we're getting out of the vehicle, all of a sudden another sales rep and customer walked up and said the Genral Manager said that this couple could test drive this vehicle because they had an appointment. My sales rep was very professional and explained that I was buying this vehicle. The other customer threw a TANTRUM and was screaming and yelling. My sales rep and I went to speak to the Genral Manager and he got very upset. The Genral Manager was totally irrational and had no real explination as to why this customer that just arrived had priority. This dealerships policy is a first come first serve basis on used vehicles. I offered to buy this vehicle first. They then sat down this new customer that had just arrived and had not even test drove this vehicle yet with paper and a pen as if he was in a contract first. It was ridiculous, childish, and pathetic. The worst part is that during my interactions with the general manager he became so upset that he began shaking and yelling. Visibly upset I was very intimidated and he left no room for reasoning. My sales rep appologized numerous times and was very professional throughout the whole incident but the General Manager shifted blame to my sales rep as if he was out if line for questioning his authority. I would never recommend or do business with this dealership ever again. This is the worst and most unprofessional dealership I have ever visited and I believe it is a direct reflection of irrational poor management. Bryan C. Turlock, Ca. More
