This dealership does not try to fool their customers with gimmicks. They are straight forward and to the point with what they can offer and we found them yo be the best deal. In fact, we drove down from Wisconsin to visit them. We appreciated their honest nature and family friendly atmosphere. We felt very comfortable with our decision and Mike spent a great deal of time explaining all of the features on our new Jeep! More
Oil Change Quick Oil Change. Their multipoint inspection alerted me to low tire wear and the need for a new air filter. Clear and concise quotes were provided. Quick Oil Change. Very disapointed!!! I was in the market for a particular car and saw one at sunny side auto. People seemed very nice let me take it for a test drive I really liked that I was in the market for a particular car and saw one at sunny side auto. People seemed very nice let me take it for a test drive I really liked that car but we had an appointment to see another one and kept that appointment out of courtesy to the other dealer. The next day after a few e-mails with sales at sunny side we came to price we both agreed on and made an appointment for Saturday (the next day) at 2pm. So needless to say we got there for our app. Just to have someone else filling out the paperwork on the car.... Very disapointed!!! Will never again step through that door or recommend them to anyone else!!! More

I find their dealership to be a friendly atmosphere with a knowledgeable staff ready to answer any questions. Buying a car for me is very stressful and going to Sunnyside I know I will get a good deal with a 100% guarantee that I will be satisfied. Danny will stand behind every sale to ensure the customer is completely 100% satisfied. I recently purchased a Ford Escape from Sunnyside and wanted to thank everyone again for their help. Both my wife and I are very happy and look forward to doing business for many more years. Thank you Brian & Marilyn More

I saw a used 2012 fusion online that I fell in love with at sunnyside. I went in to test drive it and knew it was the only car for me. As someone with no existing credit it was difficult to get financing on a vehicle. Tim and Scott did all they could to help me get into that car! They were very helpful, very professional, and kept me updated through the whole process. As a first time buyer they explained every step of the process to me in terms I understood. I couldn't be happier with their service, or my new ride! I'm a customer for life. More
I just wanted to express my gratitude to Jeff Tripp. I was interested in pricing vehicles for my business in order to secure a business loan. The whole process started in December. Jeff called me to touch was interested in pricing vehicles for my business in order to secure a business loan. The whole process started in December. Jeff called me to touch base and even though I wasn't interested in buying at that time, he was friendly and courteous. Over the past 2 months, Jeff had contacted me to let me know about deals and such but I never felt as though I was being harassed. A couple of weeks ago, Jeff called to let me know about a 2010 F-250 that he thought would be perfect for my business. Then the blizzard came and before I could get to the dealership, the truck had been sold. Jeff then tried to secure a loan for a new truck and was very helpful in trying to find a way to get it done. Because I am in the lawn care business, I am technically unemployed at this time and Jeff suggested different ways for me to secure the loan (wife, co-signer, etc.) After about a week of this the original truck that I went to see became available again and Jeff let me know that he thought that we would be able to secure the loan for it, which we did. Jeff worked very hard trying to get my wife and i a vehicle when others probably would have given up. This is my third Ford truck but my first from Sunnyside Ford. In a couple of years when my business gets established. I will be looking to buy from Sunnyside and Jeff again. More
I stopped at Sunnyside Ford on a Saturday an hour before closing. I explained to the salesman that I was looking to trade my NON AWD Ford Edge for something AWD and with less miles and a warranty. My trade closing. I explained to the salesman that I was looking to trade my NON AWD Ford Edge for something AWD and with less miles and a warranty. My trade did have a few minor defects, but nothing major. After explaining my goals my husband and I did look around and found 2 possible options for cars. A 2010 Ford Fusion and a 2008 Ford Escape. We gave the info to the sales man and he said due to them going home in an hour, he would call us with some information on Monday. This was AFTER he took down all the information on our trade. Monday came, no call. I called and left a message to have them call my husband as he deals with all the numbers. He received a call back and was told he would give our offer on the 2010 Ford Fusion to the General manager and call us back. Our offer was very fair. We based our trade on the FAIR appraisal on KBB, even though it would have worked with the numbers for GOOD condition. That way there was plenty of room to move on price. The next day we still received NO CALL. My husband called back and spoke with a manager whom told us he had no information on us from the salesman. My husband gave him the info again and we waited again for a call back. We received a call from the sales man that gave us a "worse case scenario" what our payment and trade would be. He instructed us to come in and test drive the Ford Fusion to make sure we liked it. I packed up my 2 small children and my husband and I went to Sunnyside. We took the Fusion for a test drive and liked it and when we returned we were told by the sales man that our trade was not acceptable for the quoted value because they didn't know it was not AWD. Even though we TOLD them many times. They said they do not go by KBB value and instead by actual cash value from the auction. We were then told they would not help us and we would be better of keeping our car. VERY unprofessional. The Manager (if he even knew about the sale at all) did not even come out to talk to us. I was clearly upset and then the sales man walked me to the door and I left. I felt like I was treated horrible and I vow to NEVER go there again. My husband has spent thousands of dollars in the service department. (the service department also tried to tell him to spend $5,000 to rebuild his transmission and after we sought a second opinion, we found it was only a $1,200 fix) I dont know why I expected the sales department to be any better. We had a very easy deal, no credit or finance issues at all and we were treated like we should not have been there at all. The next day we went to Variety Auto Sales on West Boylston Street. Spoke with Chris Champagne, told him the car we wanted, an within 2 hours we were signing our paper work for a 2008 Infiniti G35XS. NO problems on our trade what so ever. I drove the car home THAT DAY. What a WASTE of time Sunnyside Ford was!!! I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to go there for a car...instead I will refer ALL by business to Variety Auto Sales. I do not know how Sunnyside stays in business with there lack of sales knowledge and service department. One word of advice: unless you own your trade, don't even bother setting foot on their lot!!
