Treat customers with respect, and treat them even better after the purchase than during the purchase. The Sunnyside dealership is great, Kevin is honest and treats his customers as extended family members. Bob in finance is great, and the service department is top knotch too. Excellent Customer Service I went to Sunnyside with the intent to buy this Buick Regal GS and trade in my car. I made an appointment with Rick and when I arrived the car was par I went to Sunnyside with the intent to buy this Buick Regal GS and trade in my car. I made an appointment with Rick and when I arrived the car was parked out front ready for me to view. The car was in excellent, clean condition and we went for a test drive. I loved the car and we made a deal very quickly and got the ball rolling. Unfortunately, due to an insurance mishap (on my part) I could not drive the car home that day. Regardless, Rick sent me to Bob and we got all the paperwork settled. Then they told me they'd meet me in the city I worked and we could exchange cars the next day when I got the insurance issue handled. So they had their driver drive the car to me and we exchanged in the city I work in 2.5 hours away from the dealership! Matt had ensured me they'd have it to me the next day at a specific time and they hit it right on the money. Excellent customer service. They even told me that my backup key fob was non-functioning at the time of the exchange but have promised to replace it for me. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Sunnyside and feel confident about my purchase. More
