So I had the privilege to speak with Joelle her first week on the sales floor, she was welcoming, very inviting keeping in mind the previous experience with the other place I was on my guard,but after talking with Joelle and the privilege of meeting Dave .the finance mgr.,Wendy the new car mgr , my mind was at ease not only did they take care of all of my concerns ,the went above and beyond we purchased a Chevrolet Traverse LTZ my wife was happy. so I was happy Dave the finance Mgr.got me 1.9% on my financing I've never had 1.9% ever he fought for me .the whoever team made us feel like family ,And the service after the sale,made us feel at ease,and the icing on the cake was I was able to meet Greg the managing partner. He worked with us in a friendly and professional manner to make sure we were were happy with our purchase. We are. Through no fault of the dealership we had to have an Onstar module replaced twice. Kyle was always available to make sure everything was going OK. Tammy in service was fantastic and made the process of replacing the parts as smooth as possible. And the fun begins We purchased a 2010 equinox here last year. Needless to say it's the worst car we've bought! First get it home and the manual shift button doesn't wor We purchased a 2010 equinox here last year. Needless to say it's the worst car we've bought! First get it home and the manual shift button doesn't work. Took it in to have it fixed and after they fixed it we noticed that the interior was all gouged and scratched from them removing the center console to replace the switch. I understand things happen but there was no way they can say they didn't see it. So they attempted to fix them. They look okay not great. The next issue we had is excessive oil consumption. We've started a consumption test and in between two checks of the oil the first one was 1800 miles and the next was 1600 miles it was a quart low each time! They told me well gm says it's okay for it to use a quart per 2000 miles. OK but it's been 3400 miles and it's used 2 quarts something is wrong and needs fixed. They say they can't do anything because it's not showing excessive oil use. We take the paperwork from them to another chevy dealer and they said bring it back in a month and if it's low we will pull the engine and replace the pistons and rings. It only took us going to the other dealer and they are willing to help us out and fix the problem. Never again will i go to sunnyside and let them screw me over again! I will also be sure to never recommend them to any of my friends or family! More
