I had stopped in a few days earlier to check out a new 2018 Malibu Mr Ken Birdsall, Ms Marla Franklin and Mr Samples are all an asset to your company! I had stopped in a few days earlier to check out a new 2018 Malibu. Although I did not have my trade in with me and the buyer was not present, they treated me like a valued customer and friend. They gave me all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision. When I called to make an appointment to return, my phone call was immediately returned. When we arrived, on the day of the appointment but no set time, we were immediately helped through the buying process. Couldn't be more pleased with the buying experience. Although the exact Malibu we wanted was not in their inventory, within 24 hours they had our car! What a beautiful car! At delivery, all features of the vehicle were explained in detail without feeling rushed. From beginning to end, test drive, selection, finance, delivery was effortless.
