Great staff and service After I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in the night before, I received a phone call the very next morning. When I got to the dealership, Chase had the vehicle parked out front ready to be taken for a test drive. Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Rick at Sunnyside. Rick took my initial phone call early in the morning. He promptly made a short vide I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Rick at Sunnyside. Rick took my initial phone call early in the morning. He promptly made a short video of the car detailing the outside and inside and sent it to me via text. He had the car ready to look at when I arrived. This was very much appreciated as I don't live in the area. Rick is knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable......no pressure, no pushiness. The checkout/paperwork was quick and easy. Rick followed up after the car purchase to make sure everything was ok and offered his assistance if needed. I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend Rick and Sunnyside. More

Very satisfied repeat customer. I came to Sunnyside Chevrolet to deal with Jason Eyman. There is another Chevy dealer less than 3 miles away from where I live, but I drove to Elyria I came to Sunnyside Chevrolet to deal with Jason Eyman. There is another Chevy dealer less than 3 miles away from where I live, but I drove to Elyria because of my two past buying experiences with Jayson. This vehicle was for my son who is a 22 year old senior in college. Jason was able to give my son honest advise and guide him to a wise purchase. Not many sales people are honest and as patient as Jason is. Bob Capri was very kind to my son and throughly explained the financial part of buying a car to my son.
