After finding the vehicle that I was interested online, I showed up to Sunnyside and was greeted in the parking lot by David Rice. He quickly went to work, crunching numbers and gathering the information that he needed. Within no time, I was approved and was test driving the vehicle. I initially put in a pre qualification through GM and was anticipating a call back pretty quickly. What makes someone stand out is when they listen to your wants and needs and gives their recommendations instead of trying to push something. Denise did a very good job of that. If you’re looking for an honest sales consultant, look no further. Everyone I came in contact with at sunny side was fantastic from sales, managers, and finance. I am writing this review so late because I wanted to make sure Sunnyside Chevrolet followed all their promises and were satisfactory. If I could give greater than a five star I would! I was searching for a v sure Sunnyside Chevrolet followed all their promises and were satisfactory. If I could give greater than a five star I would! I was searching for a vehicle that met my wants since April of this year. Prices on vehicles were outrageous and every dealership I went to wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. On November 18, 2022 I came across a beautiful certified pre-owned 2018 Chevrolet Equinox with all the equipment and accessories I wanted. I decided to drive up to the dealership an hour before the store closed and met a very friendly individual by the name of David Wrice. I came in knowing what vehicle I wanted, had the stock number in hand, and discussed what price range I wanted as well as the fact I had my trade in that I wanted to turn in. David and the used car sales manager offered me over what I owed left on my trade. THANK GOD! Then I sat down and went over prices and was able to feel at home being offered a hot chocolate or other beverage of my choice. David and the manager allowed me to take the vehicle overnight to test drive and show my family as well as give time for other banks to offer the abilities to finance through them for a lower rate. The team made sure to listen and understood I was concerned of other financial responsibilities outside of purchasing a car. As I took the car overnight I noticed one thing wrong with the vehicle and as soon as I brought it back the following morning, David and his sales manager stated that if I purchased the vehicle my car would be promised to be taken care of! David even set up my service appointment and made sure to work around my work schedule without being reminded or asked! I was offered a lower rate through the banks and got to trade in my vehicle in order to get the perfect car that will last me an appropriate amount of time for my future, room for my friends, space for the dogs, and safety for myself. My service was done two weeks later, my vehicle was fixed fast and efficient. When I pulled in, I notified the service writer of the time frame I had available before I was to be at work. She was sure to make sure I was out of the service department on time. I even had time to spare to go to work. My vehicle drives like a brand new car now! Now fast forward to December 6, 2022 and my salesmen David text me to let me know that my license plate was ready for pickup and how much I owed at my arrival. The following day I picked up my plates and a salesmen immediately got my new plate and installed it on my car. I was even able to get my car washed afterwards by a lovely woman named Colleen. I am so grateful for Sunnyside Chevrolet. They worry about you and your safety. They appreciate their customers and clients and don't just try to take your money. I was even able to ask questions over the phone after my first time trading in a vehicle. I have never seen a car dealership so on top of their game. This is one of the last good places to buy a vehicle and be treated like a family member/friend with all the possible benefits. Not once did I feel stressed or overwhelmed with my purchase and I 10/10 recommend and plan to send my family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to Sunnyside because Sunny does save you money! :) THANK YOU SUNNYSIDE I APPRECIATE YOUR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION!!! :) More
