I WENT TO SS ACURA ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF A FRIEND. I MET ALEX WHO SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR-A USED ACURA MDX. I WAS ALSO TOLD TO ASK FOR NADI, BY MY FRIEND. I EXPLAINED TO NADI THAT MY MET ALEX WHO SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR-A USED ACURA MDX. I WAS ALSO TOLD TO ASK FOR NADI, BY MY FRIEND. I EXPLAINED TO NADI THAT MY CREDIT WAS NOT SO GREAT, BUT I WAS PREPARED TO PURCHASE THE CAR WITH CASH. NADI EXPLAINED THAT MAYBE THERE WAS A BETTER WAY TO NOT ONLY SELL ME THE MDX, BUT ALSO HELP ME IN THE FUTURE TO REPAIR MY CREDIT! SO, AFTER THEY FOUND A BANK TO FINANCE A SMALL AMOUNT, I WAS A VERY HAPPY MDX OWNER! BUT, NO...I FORGOT ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING IN MY LAST CAR THAT WAS TRADED FOR THE MDX. ONE OF THE LAST GIFTS MY LATE HUSBAND GAVE TO ME JUST LAST CHRISTMAS WAS A CD SET. I FRANTICALLY PHONED ALEX TO RETRIEVE MY CD! HE QUICKLY RETURNED MY CALL (ON HIS DAY OFF!) AND SAID HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! LATER ON, WHILE I WAS ABOUT TO GO TO BEST BUY AND REPLACE THE FORGOTTEN CDs, I GET A MESSAGE SAYING THEY'VE FOUND MY CDs!! I WAS AMAZED!! FURTHERMORE, I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND WHAT NADI HAD TO GO THROUGH TO RECOVER THEM! I UNDERSTAND THE CAR WAS BEING TRANSPORTED OUT OF STATE...AND ALL FOR A CD, AND FOR JUST ME. I WAS SO HAPPY, I HAD TO SAY THANK YOU! I'M HAPPY TO KNOW YOU ALL ENJOYED PANERA! YOU ALL WORK FOR A GREAT PLACE THAT SUPPORTS YOUR EXTRA EFFORTS! AND THAT STILL MEANS SOMETHING. THANK YOU AGAIN!! Since moving to New Hampshire, we have always taken our 2005 Acura to Sunnyside. Sunnyside has consistently delivered quality work and a pleasant experience. When considering another car, we knew Sunnyside would be our first stop. That day, we also planned on going to Volkswagen and Lexus. We never made it to those dealerships. The reason: Mr. Alexander Gad. Mr. Gad and the Sunnyside staff made the car buying experience easy and fair. Sunnyside had some very good promotions and working with Mr. Gad felt more like a partnership than a deal. I have bought three cars from Sunny Side. one used 03 TL in 04. One new TL in 09 and one new MDX IN 12. In that time span i have not had a bad experience with the dealer or the services they perform. My cars always go to the dealership for service and repairs.the one person that keeps me comming back to Sunny Side is Garfield Hutchenson.If i have a question and need an answer i go to Garfield. I bought the two new cars from garfield. He makes the whole ordeal easier to take. The latest car is the MDX, I told Garfield what i wanted and he made it happen. He called me when the car was ready, I trusted him with the extras I wanted. He made the right choices and I was very happy. When I went to pick up the car it and the paper work was ready. I signed the paper work and then he went through the whole car with me on all the options.Any one who asks me what I drive I say acura and I recommend Sunny Side and tell them to see Garfield Hutchinson. The customer service we have experienced at Sunnyside Acura is exceptional and we will not go anywhere else for maintenance or the purchase of a new vehicle. More
