This is our second acura from Sunnyside and they are extremely friendly and helpful. Kayhan, our salesman for this purchase was, not only interested in us when we were looking and buying our new ZDX, bu extremely friendly and helpful. Kayhan, our salesman for this purchase was, not only interested in us when we were looking and buying our new ZDX, but was interested in helping us settle in to our new car. We were leaving on vacation the very next day and he and the Sunnyside team really moved quickly to get us into our car. When we returned from vacation he spent several hours with us going over all the features and made sure that things were working correctly. Kayhan really went above and beyond for us. We had a clunker of a car that had no value at all and he faciliated our selling it to a young mechanic at Sunnyside. He then made sure that this mechanic returned our plates and he held them until our return. If you're looking for an Acura in Massachusetts or New Hampshire I would strongly recommend that you go and see Kayhan. More
Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and the customer service is superior to any other customer service experience I've ever had. In fact, my sales person offered to drive to my work, which is customer service is superior to any other customer service experience I've ever had. I recently graduated from college and have been in the work force for a little over a year. Purchasing my new Acura was the first big purchase that I have made on my own. From the second I walked in Wally work force for a little over a year. Purchasing my new Acura was the first big purchase that I have made on my own. From the second I walked in Wally Noueiri and the rest of the Sunny Side Team treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism. When I went to a number of other dealer ships the sales staff barely gave me the time of day which was extremely frustrating when this was supposed to be such an enjoyable experience. Wally made sure that when I went to Acura that was not the case. He took the time to ask questions and really try and get an understanding for what I was looking for. At no point or time during my experience did I feel pressured or unwelcome. He was patient and understood that this was my first big purchase and he truly did an amazing job making me feel right at home. Not only was Wally incredible but I can’t say enough about the management and service staff. Anything that we needed they were sure to try and accommodate us any way possible. In the end I was able to drive away in a new 2010 TSX that I could not be happier with. Even after the sale Wally has been incredible, he took the time even after hours to sit down and walk me through all of the features the car had to offer (which are endless). Even to this day he is sure to check in and see how everything is going; the customer service has truly been remarkable. There is no doubt in my mind that I would recommend Sunny Side as the first and last place to look when purchasing a car. Kayhan and the team at Sunnyside Acura went above and beyond to provide excellent and courteous customer service. There was an issue with the title on my trade in. My bank did not mail Sunnyside the tile, and instead, they said they mailed it to me. I never received the title at my home. Sunnyside could not sell the car I traded until they had the title in hand. Sunnyside asked that I sign a release form to have a duplicate title sent to them. Kayhan personally drove to my house for me to sign the release form because he it would be more convenient for me. I can’t say enough about him and the service that was given to my husband and me. We went to Sunnyside Acura with the hopes of buying a 2010 TL, manual. We were not disappointed. Joe Casey met us at the door and within a couple of hours, we were driving home in the new car. I walked into the lot and was greeted by JD with a hand shake and smile. I had already done my research and knew what I wanted. The Honda Ridgeline that I wanted to look at was on another lot. JD drove my wife and I in his car to go and see it. (Other dealers in the past made me drive my own car if it was off the lot) JD was knowledgable on the car and its details. I had a solid price of what I wanted my monthly payments to be. JD worked with us for over an hour and bent over backwards to help us out and get the payments to my liking. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and all the people at Sunnyside Acura. They even called a day later with a way to add more coverage on my insurance and further reduce my payments. I was greeted by Wally upon my first visit to Sunnyside Acura. The no pressure, helpful and friendly encounter continued throughout the several visits leading up to the delivery of my new 2010 MDX. Even a slightly aggressive sales person frustrates me to no end. This is completely opposite of what you find at Sunnyside. Every sales associate and manager was pleasant and very helpful. They really listened to my questions, and tailored their conversation around my needs rather than pushing product. I am a tall individual standing 6'5" and was very concerned about head room, leg room, rear passenger room, and other little things that most shorter people don't realize (e.g.: will the top windshield tint strip become a nuisance for my field of view at night, with sunglasses, in the morning when you are fresh and sitting tall, etc.). Wally was very empathic throughout all my visits and suggested I take my time to determine if the MDX would be the correct fit. I took delivery of the MDX on a very hot afternoon where I spent well over an hour going through every inch of the vehicle with Wally. As always, Wally worked with my until I was satisfied. Later that week, I found out Wally was suffering from a bad stomach allergy the day I picked up my MDX, but stayed until he could fulfill his delivery commitment for me. Determination is an important characteristic to me. My dealer relation with Sunnyside Acura has been the best out of all potential and past purchases which I have been involved. If you are remotely in the market, I strongly suggest giving Sunnyside a visit. Mike More
We bought our first Acura in May 2010. Over the past 30+ years, I've purchased quite a few new cars from local dealers including Honda, Toyota, and VW. I can definitely say that this activity has never been pleasurable. Until now. The experience we had with Sunnyside Acura was by far the least pressured ever. It was clear that they just wanted us to be satisfied in every way possible. We made numerous visits to the dealership in order to test drive (countless times) the TSX in order to compare it to another car we were considering and Kayhan was consistently helpful and agreeable. The price negotiation was also surprisingly pleasurable. They bent over backwards to come to a mutually agreed upon price. I highly recommend Sunnyside (and Kayhan in particular) for your new car purchase. More
After spening a day researching new 7 passenger SUV's I narrowed my choice down to an Acura MDX or a Audi Q7. Was looking for a 2-3 year old SUV but wanted certified preowned and had a Volvo XC90 to trade narrowed my choice down to an Acura MDX or a Audi Q7. Was looking for a 2-3 year old SUV but wanted certified preowned and had a Volvo XC90 to trade. I met with Kayhan at lunch and drove a certified 2007 MDX they had on the lot. Kayhan took the time to drive home with me to be sure the car actually fit in my garage which was a concern with our 90 year old house which has a very narrow garage and my research showed the Acura was wider than the Volvo. Went back that evening to talk numbers which after a very short negotiation resulted in my signing the paperwork and picking up the car the very next day. Negotiation as well as financing paperwork were hassle free. Was so impressed with both the dealership and the MDX that I never even went to see the Audi. After the sale Kayhan then spent several hours with my wife explaining all of the features of the MDX. Overall a very pleasant experience. Mike More
