I had been in the market for an Acura TL for a few weeks until I stumbled upon Sunny side Acura in Nashua, NH. I initially had visited for a TL that unfortunately was recently sold but I was then directed to another great option by Sammet! "Sam" was great to deal with. He was not over-bearing by any means with his sales approach and his respectful and poise demeanor made the experience that much better.I stated I did not want to rush into any decisions and that price was a major concern due to over bearing bills, and he assured me to take my time and to make sure I will make out with the best vehicle possible. He brought in all resources possible in order to accommodate my needs. After an exhilarating negotiation process with both the Sales Manager (Nadi) and Finance Manager (Franklin), we were able to reach an agreement. After the Sale Sammet inquired about any concerns I had with the vehicle. I mentioned a couple minor details such as a faded rear view mirror, etc. and he had all issues addressed when it was time for me to pick up my car. With the purchase of my 3-yr Extended Warranty at SunnySide Acura, I will always be sure to stop in to speak with Sam and the gang for a cup of coffee and a laugh. Would recommend to others: Yes More

I have had many experiences purchasing new vehicles and this experience was by far one of the most enjoyable and the least stressful that I have ever been a part of. Since the moment I arrived to the dealership to the moment I was driving off the dealership, the sincerity of my sales professional,Wally was indescribable. Not only did he make sure everything was perfect, but he was also able to make me feel at ease with the whole process. Prior to choosing SunnySide Acura as the dealership I wanted to visit, I had done my research on many other dealerships. I can thoroughly say leasing my MDX from Sunny Side was one of the best decisions I have made. Walli was great from the first time me and my fiance spoke with him on the phone. We came from Mass an hour away to find the car that I wanted. He is very professional and is on top of things. Although Victor is a new salesperson,his efforts were greatly appreciated; with the help of the Sales Manager everything was processed with no pressure and alot of ease. Both gentlemen were very gracious,friendly and professional.A++ if I had to put a grade on the experience. Though the 2013 RDX pretty much sold itself-I did appreciate how positive Victor was in comparing other vehicles I had test drove the two days I interacted with him. I will definately recommend Sunnyside and Victor to my collegues,family and friends in the future. More
We visited the dealership on March 29 to look at the Acura TSX to see if the car was what we wanted. We had no intention of buying a car that day. Victor was our salesman and we could not have asked for a nicer person to help us. He clearly understood that we only seeking information so that we could be better informed before we made a final decision on a purchase. He spent a considerable amount of time answering our questions before he took us out for a test ride. On our return to the dealership he told us about purchasing options that were available to us. He also introduced us Nadi Malek, the general sales manager, who reviewed the options. Both men were very atuned to who we were as people and potential purchasers. Since we live a considerable distance from the Nashua we were concerned about the service department. All of our concerns were addressed in a timely and detailed manner. Mr. Malik gave us a loaner car to take home that day so that we would be able to drive home together in our new car the next day. I have never been treated so nicely and professionally at a dealership before. Anyone who is considering a new car should look at the Acura and definitely do it at Sunnyside Acura. Long story short, I asked if my credit was going to be pulled and I was told "no." I informed the Sales Managers, Jason and Nadi that I was trying to buy a house for my wife and 11 month old daughter. T pulled and I was told "no." Two days later I get a hard inquiry on my credit through Acura Financial Services. When I called Nadi and asked why my credit was pulled he said that Sunnyside didn't pull it, Acura did. Well no kidding! I am not upset for the credit being pulled as much as I am the dishonesty of this sales team to make a sale. There short-sighted philosophy on sales and customer service will be well noted. There are other dealerships out there that will hopefully maintain some integrity. On another note, my service experience in the past has been nothing but acceptional and I have written the reviews deserved just like this one. At least now I know why they kept the attention focused on my baby while trying to sell me a vehicle. What a shame. More
