Stopped in just to look at used cars and see what was for sale - never intended to make a deal at that time. Our sales rep, Samet, was not pushy at all. Encouraged us to sit in a car we focused on and take it for a test drive. Next thing I know, we were making a deal. What I liked best, no one in the dealership was pushy, overbearing, or selling you a sales pitch. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Samet even called me two days later to see if I had any questions, and to make sure I was happy. The personal touch continued even after the purchase. I am very happy to be driving my 2009 Acura TL. We shopped for over three months for a new car and considered five makes of mid-sized SUVs. We did extensive research on consumer ratings, mileage, dealer history and car maintenance issues which even considered five makes of mid-sized SUVs. We did extensive research on consumer ratings, mileage, dealer history and car maintenance issues which eventually led us to choose a new Acura MDX. We chose to use an internet buying service and were given three dealers/offers to choose from, and Sunnyside Acura was superior in every way possible. We visited this dealership three times during our buying experience, and whether it was a test drive, a follow up 'just looking' visit or the actual car buying experience, every employee we encountered was professional, pleasant, and clearly proud to work for Acura. We have purchased seven new vehicles throughout our lives, and this was by far the most superior experience as well as an enjoyable experience for us. We were further impressed by the great teams-man-ship among sales staff and showroom floor employees...what a refreshing experience overall. More
I bought my 2010 hyundai Sonata a few months ago from Sunnyside. I was very impressed with the car because car had 4 new tires on it and was very clean inside out. Thus was my first car so they had to work on my credit and finance dept. qualified me at same day. Samet has walked me through whole process, he wasn't pushy and I didnt feel pressured at all. He took time to understand my needs and selected the right car for myself. He also introduced me to Service Dept. show me around and everyone in the dealership was polite and professional. Over all it was a great expeience and I recommend Sunnyside to all my friends and family. More
I have owned my 2008 Acura TL for 3 years now. I purchased it used from another dealer but have had all but one of my services completed at Sunnyside Acrua. I find that ALL the employees in the Ser purchased it used from another dealer but have had all but one of my services completed at Sunnyside Acrua. I find that ALL the employees in the Service Department are extremely friendly and helpful; however, Matt recently went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having regarding a cost of service price I had received from another dealer which was much lower than what I received from Sunnyside Acura. Matt took the time to call the other dealer and inquire about their service and, in the end, the service quoted by the other dealer wasn't, of course, the same service I was going to be receiving from Sunnyside. It actually wasn't even in the same ballpark. Dealing with these types of customer concerns rapidly and efficiently is what makes a great Service Manager and helps ensure customers return to the dealership for both service and new vehicles. The sales person that assisted me was very friendly, knowlegeable and professional. Idrissa was not overly agressive at all, in fact he was more focused on finding out what my needs were and truly helped me find a car that suited me best. I decided on a TL which I absolutely love! I bought a car not only because I loved the vehicle but because working with Idrissa made the whole experiance of buying a car enjoyable. I would reccomend Sunnyside Acura to anyone that is looking for a great deal and great customer service. More
