My sales rep (Alex Gad) was great, and he is the reason for the 5's for Customer Service and Friendliness. He was very friendly and I was happy to give him my business. Franklin and Nadi gave me great advice and were very open and honest with me, and I really appreciated that. They helped me make what I think are good financial decisions not only for the moment, but for the future and made financing the car very easy and understandable. I was surprised at how fast the process was on their part. The only reason that there weren't 5's all of the way across the board was because I felt like Tony Khoury made some rude comments to us when we were deciding on a price. I was upfront with him and honest about what I wanted to responsibly spend on a car, and he made some off-colored remarks when we didn't see eye-to-eye. That may be a sales tactic, but not one that works well on me. I want to be clear that this had NOTHING to do with any of the other people I worked with, they were all great. If our idea of price was not the same, then I think there are ways of saying that without making the customer feel incompetent or alienated. I had a price cap that I was honest about, and truly (and sadly) was willing to look at other cars if it didn't work for both parties—if Acura prices their cars and sticks closely to the sticker price that is fine, I just didn't think it was necessarily a responsible move on my part to pay that much for a car at this point in my life. We both compromised some in the end, but I think that there could have been a way to do it where I would have walked away less offended. Though my day was very long, I did have a good experience overall. I am probably easily offended and Tony may just have been doing his job. In the end I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price, and I am happy to have given my business to Alex Gad. More

We are always greeted by a friendly face and leave more than satisfied. Though we have been doing business with these folks for a long period of time, this was personally my first purchase from Sunnyside. Earlier this month, I walked in knowing that I wanted to leave with a brand new TL SH-AWD the very same day. I had spoken with Alex Gad over the phone days earlier, working out the numbers and arriving at a figure that would make both of us happy. From the start, Alex was fantastic. He was more than accommodating and went out of his way to ensure that my experience with the purchase went as smoothly as possible. When most folks think of buying a new vehicle, something that comes to mind almost immediately is "dealing with overly sales-y salesmen". The experience here is the complete opposite. You are dealing with people who are genuinely interested in assisting you and finding you the right car. As a customer, it's comforting to know that you're dealing with an actual person -- not just a salesman. I left with a brand new TL SH-AWD w/ Technology that afternoon. I had met with Mike Keane towards the end of the process, and he sweetened the deal a bit further. I could not be more thrilled with their hospitality throughout the entire process. These folks know what they are doing and are a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to an excellent relationship for many years to come. Highly recommended. More
I was about to replace my wife's 2009 Nissan Murano LE for a 2012 Murano LE. On a whim I decided to look at the Acura MDX at Sunnyside Acura. As I was entering the dealership I was greeted by Mr. Alex Ga for a 2012 Murano LE. On a whim I decided to look at the Acura MDX at Sunnyside Acura. As I was entering the dealership I was greeted by Mr. Alex Gad with "May I help you"? I was reluctant to start this process again because I just didn't want to start haggling over price and all that entails and I told him that. He responded well let me see what I can do. He wanted me to take a test drive and I told him that wasn't necessary. We started to negotiate and in short order he had a plate in his hand and suggested that we go on a test drive. We took it out on the highway and I must admit the car was fantastic. During our drive we had a great conversation (not all car buying driven). He was right in having me drive the car. After some more negotiations I then spoke to Nadi Malek GSM who was as nice and friendly as Alex. More conversation with Nadi and negotiation made me feel that I had negotiated a fair price. My wife did not come with me because she really does not enjoy some of the prior hassles we have had in purchasing a new car. I enjoyed the fact that both men were extremely professional and there was no negativity in the process. Well done and Thanks. John Condon More

I had a great experience at Sunnyside Acura with Alex Gad. He was really nice to me and my whole family. He let us test drive an Acura MDX and then think about it with no pressure.
