We were ready (just starting that day) to start looking for a car. We have been very happy with our Acura TL and Sunyside ( bought our TL in Peabody). We figured we would head up to Nashua on Daniel Webs for a car. We have been very happy with our Acura TL and Sunyside ( bought our TL in Peabody). We figured we would head up to Nashua on Daniel Webster highway, and maybe check out Sunyside ( again this was day one and we wanted a new car, but thought a new Acua was going to be a reach...more than we wanted to pay), Driving up Route 3 we decided to head first further up and work our way back down, well 3 hours later we worked our way back but only to go home with a newly purchase car! As we were looking at the cars on the lot a very nice young man approached us and asked if he could help us. Idy Niang helped us tremendously..he is very professional and very knowledgeable on ALL Accura information. I have never enjoyed looking for cars, but both my husband and I felt Idy cared about making sure we were leaving with all our needs and concerns addressed. Idy is by far the most patient man. I love my new car (so much still to learn) and Idy told us he will be available anytime I should need a tutorial (he may regret that! ;). We have never had a bad experience with Sunyside...we may have bought our old TL in Peabody, but all our service ( from oil changes to regular maintence) has been done at Sunyside) ...little did we know it would payoff for us when we ready to buy a new car. When I bring my car in I am greeted in the service area with a big smile and the wait time is always what the say. If they find something that needs addressing, I am informed and they always let me know if it should be done now or if I can wait and have on my next scheduled service. Before we decided to make the new purchased, Idy asked us how we were treated when we came in for service...he was very happy to know our experiences have always been positive! I am happy to say we can now add that our experience with your Sales Department was very Positive and Idy was the biggest part of that. He was professional without being pushy. He was knowledgable without making me/us feel belittled. We planned on buying a car, but never that day! Idy was a big part of why we left Sunyside that day owners of a second TL and that we were happy with our decision. More

I am rating this experience as a 5 since it was a completely stress free experience for me. I worked with Alex Gad and he was a pleasure to work with. I also worked with Franklin in finance and that was also a very comfortable experience. He was happy to review any information I had questions about and took the time to review different options available to me. All of the people at Sunnyside were very friendly. It was really a different car buying experience for me in a very good way. I will definitely be recommending Sunnyside to friends and family in the market for a new or used car. More
To start, I never intended on purchasing a vehicle on that day. An Acura wasn't even on my list of viewing vehicles. I currently own two Lexus(a Lexus LS 430 and a Lexus LX 470. We arevery happy with Lexus and actually had planned that day to look at another Lexus. We were driving on 101 A in Nashua and we were passing Suunyside Acura and decided to "test" the waters with The Acura. Then we met Wally Noueiri. I sold Pharmaceuticals for 38 years and am always "suspicious" of salespeople. I guess being a "saleperson" makes you suspicious and cautious. "Ours is the best, there is no other and you'd be crazy not to buy here", my usual thinking of a car salesman., However, Wally was so accomodating, so knowledgeable about Acura, so knowledgeable about the competition, so informative and so cordial that the rest is history. Now, because of Willy, I am a proud owner of an Acura TL. Wally made me feel that I purchased the best car for my needs. He also made me feel I got the best deal available. My friends are asking "you only looked at one dealer and bought a car" ??? I tell them yes, I didn't have to look elsewhere I met Wally Noueiri. Please thank Wally for all his efforts on my behalf. I WENT TO SS ACURA ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF A FRIEND. I MET ALEX WHO SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR-A USED ACURA MDX. I WAS ALSO TOLD TO ASK FOR NADI, BY MY FRIEND. I EXPLAINED TO NADI THAT MY MET ALEX WHO SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR-A USED ACURA MDX. I WAS ALSO TOLD TO ASK FOR NADI, BY MY FRIEND. I EXPLAINED TO NADI THAT MY CREDIT WAS NOT SO GREAT, BUT I WAS PREPARED TO PURCHASE THE CAR WITH CASH. NADI EXPLAINED THAT MAYBE THERE WAS A BETTER WAY TO NOT ONLY SELL ME THE MDX, BUT ALSO HELP ME IN THE FUTURE TO REPAIR MY CREDIT! SO, AFTER THEY FOUND A BANK TO FINANCE A SMALL AMOUNT, I WAS A VERY HAPPY MDX OWNER! BUT, NO...I FORGOT ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING IN MY LAST CAR THAT WAS TRADED FOR THE MDX. ONE OF THE LAST GIFTS MY LATE HUSBAND GAVE TO ME JUST LAST CHRISTMAS WAS A CD SET. I FRANTICALLY PHONED ALEX TO RETRIEVE MY CD! HE QUICKLY RETURNED MY CALL (ON HIS DAY OFF!) AND SAID HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! LATER ON, WHILE I WAS ABOUT TO GO TO BEST BUY AND REPLACE THE FORGOTTEN CDs, I GET A MESSAGE SAYING THEY'VE FOUND MY CDs!! I WAS AMAZED!! FURTHERMORE, I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND WHAT NADI HAD TO GO THROUGH TO RECOVER THEM! I UNDERSTAND THE CAR WAS BEING TRANSPORTED OUT OF STATE...AND ALL FOR A CD, AND FOR JUST ME. I WAS SO HAPPY, I HAD TO SAY THANK YOU! I'M HAPPY TO KNOW YOU ALL ENJOYED PANERA! YOU ALL WORK FOR A GREAT PLACE THAT SUPPORTS YOUR EXTRA EFFORTS! AND THAT STILL MEANS SOMETHING. THANK YOU AGAIN!!
