Alex is a very knowledgeable dealer who truly loves his job and the vehicles he represents. After owning our MDX for less than a week, I brushed into a pole leaving a noticeable scratch. I am ashamed to admit that we recently filed bankruptcy due to my cancer. I can't tell you how respectful Sam and Tony were. They even lowered their voices when discussing our finance options. Each of them provided the same great customer service, I felt, as one would provide to a customer purchasing a newer more expensive model. For a car under 10k, I was treated like I was purchasing an Acura for 35k. More importantly, I never felt pushed, rushed, or misinformed like some of the other Honda dealerships in our area. Sam even gave me a good luck key charm from India! We picked up the car in a terrible rain storm. Sam held an umbrella for me the entire time we inspected the new car. What a gentleman! I visited this dealership over Columbus day weekend. What originally brought me in was an email that I receive on a regular basis. I wasn't looking to buy that day but thought why not go and test drive a car that I'll eventually buy in a few months. I was immediately greeted on the lot by Garfield Hutchinson. I was looking for a 2012 Grigio tech but there were none left. However, Garfield knew his inventory well and said that he might have a "demo" in Grigio. Within a few minutes he had the car I was looking for ready. During the test drive, Garfield pointed out the features and benefits of the vehicle. It was obvious he did his homework on the MDX. His depth of knowledge with Acura and the MDX was superior to other experiences I've had with other dealerships. As I mentioned previously, I wasn't going to buy that day. I fully expected the staff to pressure me into signing that day. arfield listened to me and understood my situation. It's obvious he valued my business and knew that if he treated me right I'd be back when the time was right. My most recent experience was no exception as I worked with Alex Gad and Nadi on the purchase of a new 2012 MDX Advance. I had purchased a vehicle from Alex in Dec 2011 and I specifically asked for him to help me again. I'm a very particular person and Alex was outstanding in helping make my selection. I spent many hours testing out new Acuras and asking many questions. Throughout the whole day Alex was extremely attentive to my needs and I worked out a fair deal for the vehicle. Nadi Malek was involve during the negotiation period and in the end, I drove away completley satisfied. The people that I have dealt with at Sunnyside have always acted in a professional manner and truely do care about providing the highest possible level of customer service.
