We had already driven a RDX in Florida so we knew how they drove. Wally worked with my husband on the price and etc, he was so courteous due to the fact that my husband is very tough when it comes to buying an automobile. He handled himself so very well, no pressure on us, and I would highly recommend your dealership and also Wally. Wally allowed us to take our time without pressure and answered all of our questions as well as suggested other considerations we take into account during our decision process. Most important though was that Wally listened to us and was able to translate our "wants" into the attributes of the car we purchased. He openly admitted that not all of our "wants" would be met, but identified the trade-offs clearly and allowed us to make the decision. We are happy with our choice and pleasantly surprized at the buying experience. We tend to keep our vehicles for 10 years or more and dread the car shopping adventure. Because of Wally, Sunnyside will be our first stop when we look to replace our other car. More

I bought my first Acura (TSX) in 2004 and have been extremely happy with the car and service I've gotten through Acura. Dave's integrity, honesty, and knowledge have ensured my commitment to Acura service all these years. I came into the dealership on Tuesday night knowing it was probably time to trade in my TSX. Wally Noueiri greeted me at the door with a friendly smile and warm handshake. I felt he was genuinely sincere from the first moment which allowed me to open up about how I wasn't sure what my options were or where I wanted to go. Wally helped me determine that leasing was the best route for me at this time. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 ILX Hybrid and I look forward to a continued relationship with Acura. Sunnyside Acura is a top notch dealership. As a female going in by herself, they made me feel welcomed and were helpful. Idrissa was very warm and not pushy. He suggested that I take the car for a test dr going in by herself, they made me feel welcomed and were helpful. Idrissa was very warm and not pushy. He suggested that I take the car for a test drive by myself and that impressed me. He wasn't going in for the hard sell, which made me feel at ease. The whole team was very friendly and chatty, even though it was at closing time on a Sun. on Memorial Day weekend. Bobby the sales manager was great too. He gave me a price and I asked if he could do better. He came back 20 min. later with a Very Reasonable quote. I was thrilled! I love the car and I'd suggest Sunnyside to anyone. Wally Noueiri made the experience easy and fun! He knows the Acura product so well and is very friendly and professional. I never once felt I was being pushed to purchase a car.
