With some time to kill, I began investigating the possibility of trading our car in for one of the Subarus. Even though we were from out of state (Wisconsin) and didn't have the title to our Acura with us, we were on on way in our new used Subaru within hours, Wally couldn't have been more friendly, fair, accommodating and informative. In late September, I began the search for a new SUV to replace my '04 Volvo XC-90. My first stop was Sunnyside Acura where I found an RDX that I loved. The Sales Consultant, Idy, did a wonderful job educating me about the car and helping me compare it to similar vehicles. My wife and I were highly impressed with Idy's depth of knowledge of the RDX and of various SUVs of other brands. Idy was polite, informative, articulate and took the time to build a strong rapport with us. We weren't going to buy the very first car we saw, so we thanked him and continued on our way and shopped around. In our travels, we found that everything Idy told us about comparable vehicles was right on the mark. He never once bashed another brand, but gave us straightforward, fact-based information about each of the SUVs in which we were interested and we discovered that all of it was true. After our visit, Idy followed up with us by phone and email and, without being a pest, made it clear that he was there for us and willing to work with us on the RDX. After looking at and driving many vehicles, we made our way back to Sunnyside and, after some negotiation, purchased the RDX. After the deal was done, Idy gave us a very thorough tutorial on the SUV, answered every one of our questions and helped us program various technology functions to suit our preferences. We've owned the RDX for almost three weeks now and we love it. Idy has followed up a couple of times to see if all is good with the car and to offer his help we have any questions about the technology or other aspect of the vehicle. As best I know, Sunnyside has a good reputation in the service department and we are counting on that being the case. We are optimistic because, if the service experience is anything like our experience purchasing the car, we will be very happy. We wholeheartedly recommend Sunnyside and Idy as well as the Acura RDX. More
I actually went to this dealership for their exceptional service to have my older MDX serviced and wandered to the sales area to look at the new cars while waiting. Walli was very professional and patient with this older woman who is not very technologically inclined. He has made himself available to help whenever I need it and I am currently in the process of periodic "lessons" on how to use all the technology this vehicle provides. I would happily purchase a car from him again in the future and would recommend him and the dealership to any of my friends. I would give him a solid 10 out of 10. More

Despite that rude and absurd note from one client, you can see from his many, many positive reviews that she doesn't have a clue. Alex was patient, caring, and outstanding at what he does. My family and I had to make sure of the vehicle we selected, so we requested a lot of time from Alex to go on many test drives and pick his brain on the many, many features Acura has. Alex was more than happy and patient and quite the true professional through out the whole sale. We drove away with a new Acura and couldn't be happier. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle at sunnyside but we have been using this dealership for maintenance on our 2005 MDX for years so feeling comfortable with the service dpt. was a plus. To be honest at first, I was very put off by a certain gentleman I started working with by the name of Alex in the sales center..very arrogant, condescending and unprofessional at times..but Wally took it from there and made me feel right at home thereafter..so glad we met him! Franklin was extremely helpful to us too! I do feel that I got the best price around on my 2014 RDX but maybe I could've had a bit more in the perks dpt..just my opinion! Overall my experience was mostly pleasant aside from that one person! Now I know in the future I will not settle for just anyone to sell me a car! And I do LOVE my new car :) thank you Wally and Franklin! More
We were looking to buy an Acura MDX 2014 and met with Wally in early July. He was very helpful in answering our questions, and we told him we would be back in August to purchase one. There was no pressure into buying the car right then and there, and we appreciated that. We did come back in August, and purchased the car. We were extremely pleased with Wally, and he was very helpful in teaching me and still teaching me all about my MDX. I admit being a fussy customer. I was rather annoyed that Acura decided install Bridgestone tires on the TL base model. When I made this known, Sunnyside Acura offered me top of the line Michelins, nea that Acura decided install Bridgestone tires on the TL base model. Furthermore Sunnyside gave me substantial (most of their value brand new) credit for the Bridgestones with 2,000 miles on them already. More

I hate this ridiculous question: "How much do you want to spend per month?" BUT, the experience with Sales Consultant, Idrissa (Idy) Niang of Sunnyside Acura in Nashua, NH was the polar opposite of any car shopping/buying experience I've ever had. The advertised monthly payment is exactly what you pay. Idy didn't try to add rust proofing and doesn't charge you to recondition your own trade-in vehicle. He listens to your needs, likes and dislikes, and works his magic. It doesn't take an hour for him to come back with answers to your questions and it doesn't take an hour for him to work up a deal. His knowledge of the products he represents is vast. Idy informed me that his business practices are exactly that of Sunnyside Acura. How nice that the dealership's business model doesn't put its employees in awkward situations which tend to erode customer trust. Idy provides an extremely high level of service and professionalism. I was so very pleased with his abilities that I returned to buy another car from him just 3 months after the first one.
