I recently bought 2014 Acura MDX from this dealer. I just loved the way the Sales Manager, Nadi Malek, who was extremely friendly and witty helped me to find the right car at the right price. Franklin Emerso loved the way the Sales Manager, Nadi Malek, who was extremely friendly and witty helped me to find the right car at the right price. Franklin Emerson, the Finance Manager, patiently explained every details of the Finance packages and guide us to pick the right one. Last but not the least our sales man Carlos who seems to be a junior sales person tried to answer all our queries with best of his knowledge. He seen that we had two children and knew we needed a bigger vehicle so he went to go get the keys .He let us checkout the whole vehicle and told us to take our time he was very patient and very nice and right there to answer every question we had , he even answered my daughters question she had about the tv and she's six.Then he asked if we would come in and answer a few question he had ,i told him i wasn't buying at this time i was just only looking and he was totally fine with that, so we went in and talked and left .Two days later he gives me a call and tells me thats a 2009 just pulled in and its was getting serviced and it was the same car we were looking at and was interested in with 10,000 miles less then then the 2011and $5,000 cheaper. he took pictures with his own phone and sent them to me and told me it would be ready in two days.he called me and told me it was ready so my wife and I went up to look at it , he had it out and ready for us to look at and also to test drive . we talked i gave him license and help us with the kids and on our way we went with no pressure at all.when we stepped in the car to test drive it the car was in great condition, it was better then the 2011 we looked at. I tip my hat to the owner that had this car and how well they took care of it and for sam for giving us a call the min it came on the lot and how well he respected my family and I. After we test drove it he asked how we like it and if we had any question before he even asked if we were interested.so we went in and exchanged paper work to buy the car, while we we're waiting my children were becoming restless and it was understandable so sam helped out getting us snacks and getting my children balloons to accommodate them.I called sam to make an appt so he can show us how to work and understand everything this vehicle has .overall this was the best experience i ever had at a dealership it was quick ,easy, friendly and best of all i never once felt pressured to make a deal. It felt that they were truly there for your needs, and we are very happy the purchase and same was very helpful and direct.Its very hard to find service like this anymore and thats why i will be back when I'm in the market to buy another vehicle. Not once did he ask, "What will it take to sell you this car today." - or a version thereof. He offered a fair trade-in value for the SAAB and provided a simple pricing structure for the Leasing of the model TL vehicle. While he accompanied us on the test drive of the 4-cylinder model, he willingly allowed us to take the TL 6-cylinder vehicle out for a test drive without his being present. This demonstrated a high level of trust and confidence on his part, which being in Sales myself, I truly appreciated. Leasing the Acura from Sunnyside Acura was the most fun I had in shopping for a new vehicle - EVER! Thank you to Nadi, Wally and the whole team at Sunnyside Acura for a job well done. I was in the market for a used Honda Pilot , and I hate dealing with car salesmen. I always feel like they are breathing down my neck and are trying to push me to purchase something I don't want. But the sales folks were very professional, courteous and willing to work with me to assure a fair deal was made. They open and hold the door for my wife and daughter. I did not buy the car because the price was not negotiable. Only thing I really felt bad when we walked out no one open/hold the door for my wife and kid. Then again I would recommend this dealer and thanks Alex Gad and the Manager for their help and smiley face. More
