Nicest man to a woman in distress I limped into the dealership in my husband's overheated Honda. I have an RDX, purchased from this dealership, but regardless, the young man who helped I limped into the dealership in my husband's overheated Honda. He got my car seen to, gave me a loaner, and eventually called the rental agency when it was determined the Honda was toast, so I could get back to Boston. He made sure I was OK before I left. Clean, new tires, new brakes, detailed etc. Met with Sean Sullivan and he was very professional. No pressure just provided information on the vehicle and answered questions. We then met with Milo Rizkallah the Sales Manager to talk numbers. For the first time in my car buying experience I felt satisfied with the deal that we agreed on. I asked for a fair deal and the team delivered just that. I worked with Franklin Emerson, Finance Director at Sunnyside and he not only worked with our requests but shopped out the rate and was able to get us a better rate saving us over $300.00 on the life of the loan. He did not need to do that and in my experience with other dealers they have not gone that extra mile.
